Find something else!
The place has ants and even a gecko!!! No soap is provided, and the final day the person who had to come get keys, didnt! His overpriced taxi also didnt show up on time!

THE LOCATION IS VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH.SHOPPING MALLS AND RESTAURANTS.MELISSA THE MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL.THE APARTMENT VERY SPACIOUS AND FURNISHED WITH WELCOMING DECOR AND AMENITIES.SPEEDY WIFI.HAD A REAL GOOD TIME WITH MY FAMILY.

Good Location, helpful owner, noisy neighbors.
Room is nicely decorated and modern. Building is a little hard to find the first time as there is no road sign or building sign. Good location just away from front, beach and bars. AC machine was great to have. Room was cleaned everyday when we were out. Only complaints would be that the other neighbors ( as it's a residential building as well) seem to have no problem with shouting in the corridors and slamming doors to close them. Disturbed sleep a few times.

appartement proche de la plage , et des petits restaurants et snacks. Appartement disposant de tous les équipements nécessaires pour y séjourner plusieurs jours ( machine à laver, étendoir, vaisselles, linge de maison... ) Cependant quand on est arrivé, tous les linges de maison était sur l'étendoir, que ce soit les serviettes de bain, les tapis de sols, les draps et taie d'oreiller. C'était quand meme pénalisant. ON a pu réellement profiter le lendemain , quand çà avait séché. La cabine de douche fuyait. On a quand même passé un bon séjour en général.

Nous sommes tres decus a notre arrivee et avons du attendre plus d'une heure car l'apartment n'etait pas disponible. Nous n'avons pas pu trouver l'appartement car l'adresse n'etait pas precise. Heureusement le proprietaire est venu nous indiquer la route. L'endroit est tres proche de la plage (5 minutes a pied) et des restaurants. Mais la route n'est pas tres bien eclairee la nuit. L'appartement est bien equipe. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Très déçue
Immeuble en bord de route sans jardin avec vue sur un terrain vague. Mal entretenu. Pas de nom sur l'immeuble. Odeur de poubelles dans les parties communes. Pas d'eau chaude dans l'appartement pendant tout notre séjour soit 6 jours et malgré l'intervention d'un plombier. Ménage très succinct et pas de ménage du tout une journée. Je ne recommande pas. Seule Mélissa est compétente et a fait ce qu'elle a pu.

Lägenheterna var svår att hitta, eftersom gatorna inte har nummer och jag huset inget namn. Personalen tog vårt dyra vin, och vi fick dåligt istället. Wifi fungerade bara tidvis.

Appt très agréable, proche plage et commerces
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement magnifique et spacieux, neuf et bien équipé (cuisine équipée, four, machine à laver, entre autres) ; nous avons pris tous nos repas sur le balcon et c'était bien agréable. La résidence est sécurisé et proche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Cerise sur le gâteau, au rez-de-chaussée, un salon de bien-être, très accueillant et plein de bons conseils.

Google map cannot show exactly location, the apartment sign board wasn't hang out for some ? reasons at that time, better to equip with local sim card for contact for checkin and checkout because of no reception there, so that they know where to you, otherwise you will waste a lot of time on finding your accomodation. Staffs are enthusiastic and good trip advice.

El apartamento es muy amplio, está en condiciones impecables. limpieza diaria. A 2-3 cuadras de La playa. Wifi no funciona adecuadamente, puede ser un problema de La isla, pero se desconectaba continuamente.
