Fui en familia, nos encantó todo. El hotel tiene un concepto moderno y cuidan los detalles en todo a su alrededor. El servicio es excelente, todo el equipo nos apoyó en lo que necesitábamos. Rafaella y Marco gentilmente resolvieron nuestras dudas. Su opcion de desayuno es excelente, si les gusta lo fresco, sano y natural. El metro está justo frente a el hotel y las camas son cómodas. Lo recomendaría y repetiría mi estadía. 100 puntos!!!

Staff were great and very helpful. The area a bit further away from dining/shops than expected but we easily got public transport. Only downside for me was facilities. Air con was poor with it being so hot outside we didn’t sleep well at all. Also kettle tea/coffee and water was in a seperate room a treck away from our hotel room. Would have been nice to have those in our room!

Very good hotel near the main arras of Florence. Great coffee shop nearby and close to the tram and buses as well as the major sites. Everything worked- air conditioned, bathrooms etc no issues. Recommend this hotel

Great vibe- newly renovated, very clean and friendly staff. Only nitpick was that finding the room was a challenge, the rooms/hallways/exits aren’t well marked and feel like a labyrinth, including MC Escher floors and rooms that start with a 2 that are on the 3rd floor.

We had a great stay at the Ruby Bea. It’s out of the city centre, but still walkable to all of the tourist attractions. Beautiful hotel and helpful staff. We arrived before check in and they found us an available room on the spot. Very easy check in and out. Rooms were modern but still have a modern florence vibe.

Great find!

Absolutely fantastic staff, simply brilliant! Silly Italian police came to the room to tell me off for sitting on the balcony but that was not the hotels fault! The staff, the room, the bed, the shower and the cleanliness were all absolutely 100%. Thank you for a great stay!!

Awesome place, hope to stay again!

Fantastic stay. Staff were kind and welcoming. The room was in great condition. We had a drink on the terrace which was a lovely treat. The galley on the 4th floor where we stayed, the vending machine was out of order which was a little disappointing, but likely just saved me money in the long run. I loved the free chamomile tea I was able to have before bed.

It was a maze trying to find our room! It was awful! I can not imagine it being any harder to get to a room. After a whole day of walking and site seeing, and having to come back to a room you can't even find was exhausting! I would never recommend this hotel!

Excellent staff! Our stay at the Ruby Bea Hotel in Florence turned out to be an excellent choice. I have read an earlier review where someone had complained about the check in process here. It could not have been easier! And if at all confused there are staff right there to help you. At first I found it strange to check in at the hotel bar…. In hindsight it is absolutely brilliant!! You check in with the same people who are there to help make your stay amazing. The same staff that checks you in is the same staff that serve you delicious cocktails and wine and water and beer all week long! Checking in like this introduced us to a few members of the staff right away. All the staff were wonderful!! We travel a lot and I feel quite confident in saying that the kindness and service we received from the staff was absolutely genuine. Marco in particular was exceptionally helpful. He was more than happy to help us with any questions we had. All staff were! But we just ended up being around quite often when Marco was working. Vincent was another young man here who we relied on for help and information. He was also a great help. Alexandra was wonderful as well!! All of the staff here that we encountered went above and beyond to be helpful all the while offering great service. The rooms were great and very modern and very clean! The one suggestion I would make is to have coffee machines right in the room. There is a spot down the hallway where you can make a coffee…but
