My family of five enjoyed our first stay in Fort Collins. This house has a lot to offer and was a great place to stay while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park (60-75 min away) and the surrounding area.
Our pros - very clean, great remodel, and the location of the house to CSU and Old Town is fabulous. You're really not more than a 10-12 min walk from anything. We loved the hot tub and mini golf in the front yard. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.
Our cons - there are no closets in any of the rooms, which makes it difficult to manage clothes over a longer stay. It's near a train (which is VERY loud, but doesn't run from 10p to 6a thankfully) and a bar which has live music. This didn't bother us from a sleeping perspective, but something to consider as it could be worse during the academic year. Also, none of the bathrooms are connected to the primary bedroom, and one of them opens into the kitchen. This was fine for our family, but if you had a mixed crew may not be great. Finally, there are only four seats in the living room - so would suggest 1-2 more chairs.
Communication - property manager was responsive by text, but not email. We didn't get our check-out instructions until we were already gone, but was similar to the book so we were good.
Overall, it was a great place and location and we enjoyed our stay. Would rent again from this provider.
