Great house
We loved this house, had everything we needed, lots of space, comfortable beds , stocked kitchen and plenty of towels . Close to the beach -10 min drive , Walgreens and Dunkin’ Donuts and Publix all very close . We would definitely stay again. Only problem was figuring out lock with code to front door -door was a bit faulty . And we never understood the light switches, crazy!

Stylish & comfortable
This was a modernized, spacious, comfortable house with a good pool and lots of nice interior-design touches. We were visiting family in the neighborhood, and this was a great base and refuge. We would rent this again for a future trip. Its mostly a driving location, 10-15min to nearest beach, but that's pretty typical for south florida inland of the intracoastal.

Great Location
This was our 1st time at this home and we thoroughly enjoyed our week. The home was spacious, well appointed and clean. We did have a couple of “hiccups” that were quickly remedied by the property manager. A heads up for future renters: there’s absolutely no condiments available (no spices/seasonings, sugar, oil …etc) so plan accordingly. *Also, there is on 1 bedroom with mirrors in the home which can get challenging when a large family is attempting to get ready. Especially with 4 women, just saying 😊 *Lastly, as previously stated in other reviews, the master bed has a very large “hump” in the middle (which I guess works for the couple that wishes to stay on “their own side” of the bed lol), but can get in the way. Would these concerns prevent us from renting again? Nope, but I believe it to be worth mentioning. Happy renting!😎🌴

Holiday Beach Getaway
Overall it was a great place. We had a great experience. The property was beautiful. Well appointed. The backyard was private, the pool was clean. Our only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom needs to be fixed. Unless you’re in the very center, the mattress slants to the side and it’s very uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay and recommend this property for a beach getaway.

Enjoyed the house but had poor communication with property manager
Pros: The house is cosy and comfortable. It is located conveniently close to beach and shops (driving distance). It was also very clean. There was one comment from a visitor stating that there are no pots and pans, but this issue must have been fixed. Cons: The bed in the master bedroom most definitely needs to be replaced - it creaks loudly when one turns from one side to the other. Additionally, the mattress is quite uneven, resembling a mountain with its peak in middle and going down to the sides. My worst experience, though, was my communication with the property manager, hence why I rated this location at 3 stars. I feel I was misled because the title of the property is "Cool Coastal 3/2-8 Guests-Heated Pool-Near Beaches". by this description I was led to believe that the property has a heated pool, which is an important variable for my family. On top of this, the backyard description of the listing states "Includes a large oversized HEATED pool with waterfall" where "heated" is even capitalized. So I had no doubt in my mind that we would have a heated pool. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I emailed the property manager a day before our arrival to request that the pool heater is turned on. I did not receive a response. The following day I sent a text message (according to the site's instructions), and again I did not get any response. I finally called on the 3rd day and I was rudely told that the pool does not get heated during the summer.

Awesome time!
We had two family’s of 4 staying here. Plenty of room. Everything we needed to cook and eat when we didn’t go out. Pool and backyard was amazing and enjoyed by all. Close drive to restaurants and beach. No complaints from us!

It was Nice but it could of been cleaner!
It was nice despite the fact that our toilet kept running, and that there was dog hair and cat hair when we went to sit down and the TV in the main living room wasn’t working… There were no cleaning supplies to clean up anything as far as messes in the vacuum wasn’t working… But overall, it was a nice place to stay with a divided, floorplan, add-on.

We were very happy with this property. I can't stress enough how clean it was. We were looking to relax and did so out by the pool. If you are looking for shopping and restaurants, it is great for that, too. We would definately stay here again.

This property is beautiful and spacious. Held 5 adults with plenty of room. Pool and house were spotless. Only complaint is we didn’t find the pool toys and floats until our stay was over. Other than that we will definitely be making this our go to for our yearly trip.

Perfect getaway after a long New England winter!
We had a wonderful experience at this home which is exactly as described and feels much bigger than the pictures! The outdoor space and pool are heavenly, our family with two young children spent all day swimming to our hearts content. The house is very clean, beds are comfy and very conveniently located to beach, just a short jaunt to Boca. My only complaint is about the management style of the property - at this price point, I typically find that homes are stocked with toilet paper, aluminum foil, Tupperware, unlimited dishwasher and washing machine pods. For the size of the house, we were given a meager amount of “starters” (although this was advertised!) and I am just used to not having to invest in these items. I was particularly turned off by the fact that there is an extra fee to use the gas grill. Again, at this price point we shouldn’t feel nickel and dimed! But overall, a 5-star experience and would not hesitate to return. Beautiful home and lots of fun!

Great Stay in Deerfield Beach
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this nice, clean property. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and anything else you would need. We spent countless hours outside on the patio enjoying the grill and the pool which was the best part of the rental. The beach (less than 10 minutes away by car) was really nice and the hosts had a beach umbrella, two beach chairs, and beach towels for us to use during our stay. Very nice kitchen, but you do need to purchase a lot of essentials for cooking. Hosts provided a pack-and-play and high chair for our 1-year-old son which worked great, but parents should be aware that you do need to keep a constant eye on small children with a step down between dining area and living area as well as glass coffee and side tables. Hosts responded promptly when we had questions and were pleasant to deal with. Would stay here again.

Excellent property! The management company was very responsive to questions and called to check in on us the day after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was immaculate!! Very comfortable for our family of 5. The heated pool was wonderful and very clean as the pool tech came twice during the week. Close to shopping. A wonderful family vacation in a beautiful home!
