The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms was big. Walls were very thin. Could hear other occupants at night. Dishwasher didn’t work. It actually fell out of the space when the door was open. Not a deal breaker but for the price… Loved the rooftop pool and private beach. Bed was comfortable.

Great place

Nice, new resort hotel with walkable beach access. Great location with tons of restaurant, bar, and shopping options. Very nice rooftop pool with great views and restaurant/bar. No early check-in and they failed to notify us when our room was ready at 4:00, but they were very accommodating to get comfortable while you wait.

We had problems in the room.The cook top that is very important to us wasn’t working.They were unable to fix it. We agreed to move to another room. We wanted to stay in our present room that has refrigerated medicine in ye fridge unto the other room would be available. They did not want to allow us to stay and wanted us to move everything into storage. We asked them to call housekeeping and prepare another room. They told us to vacate our room in 20 minutes or would not get a different room. The manager was not available and did not answer my e mail or call me. We wasted most of Friday with this unsatisfactory situation. We stayed at the hotel a few times before but this time was atrocious.

Enjoyed our stay here so much. Very practical for a family as has a kitchen with all plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans etc. Was surprised to find a washer/dryer in the unit as well but not all units may have. We were also upgraded which was a nice surprise. The unit itself was modern and clean, no issues during our stay. Close to the beach with all the restaurants, shops on the broad walk as well as the street. Definitely go to Le Tub for burger that’s more bang for your buck as well as amazing atmosphere and waterfront dining. The rooftop pool and hot tub was a nice vibe. Beach chair rental is only 2 chairs no umbrella but included with stay. We rented 4 wheeler bikes and biked the broad walk which is highly recommended. Coffee Haus across the street and Tito’s market was very convenient. We took a Uber here as well as to the nearest grocery store (Euroland - but they also have Publix). Couldn’t be more happier with our choice to stay here and would definitely return.

A great location for us and we have stayed a number of times without issue. This time, the "suite" was a repurposed condo. The TVs were too small, the refrigerator was bro9ken and the repairman could not communicate in English (and my Spanish is worse than his English). We booked a early arrival and it took four hours to get this room ready. There was one couch was so far away from the wall with the TV that I could not read words on the screen. The room was a long way from the lobby. Particularly hard on we seniors. The ice machine on our floor and the one below was out of order. And the grout in the shower looked like it may not have been cleaning in quite a while.... maybe something growing. As I said, we had been here a number of times with a beautiful room with a view of the beach and at a price far below the almost $800 that we paid for two nights. I would not recommend this resort.

I enjoyed my stay , but the cleaning people need to take more pride in their job. The room was not fully cleaned and the refills in the bathroom were not refilled. Other than that the hotel is very nice !!
