Do not even waste your time ordering from the Bistro. They make everything in the microwave. My burger was microwaved for sure. The cheese was warped on top of it. You could barely bite through it. Frozen crap and then microwaved. The description of the food is nothing like what you get. The grilled cheese was a rubber piece of ineatable fake bread and processed cheese. It was awful. I didn’t order chicken on my salad but they added it anyway. It was a gross rubber mess. We couldn’t eat it. But the staff was so unapproachable that we could get nothing done about it. Not happy about that at all since we could’ve Door Dashed for the same price for better food. We all felt sick for hours! Please just skip it.

This is the best hotel in Broward county. Makayla and Angela at the front desk are awesome, as well as the other staff I just don't remember their names. Housekeeping is on point. Plenty of parking. They even put out free cookies sometimes in the lobby, and I love cookies so that works out well for me! Only downside is sometimes you get a few people who are missing a chromosome staying there, making a lot of noise late and smoking in the rooms, but this can happen anywhere. Staff was able to accommodate as needed. Again overall great place all staff is great which is hard to find.

Satisfactory stay.

It was a great stay. The food choices were not ideal so we had to order delivery and that was very expensive. Seevoce was excellent. The room was confortable and clean. The bathroom water was a terrible yellow tent... in the bath/shower and the toilet!

We had 2 rooms and arrived early and had to pay $50.00 plus tax per room for an early check in even thou the rooms were ready and we probably would have gotten the same rooms if we had checked in later which I think is ridiculous. One room had bugs on the floor in the bathroom and they had to move us to another room. Gave us a free dinner at the bistro but when we went to order we’re only aloud one item on the menu, for example they had flat bread and hummus together but we could only get one of it, not much compensation considering the reason. On a positive note the staff were friendly.
