Family vacation
We had a great time at the Villa, but when we arrived at the house, we had some disappointments. In fact, some basic elements were missing for us to fully enjoy the villa. We had to purchase several items to meet the expectations we had for our group of 14 people like a coffee maker, a toaster, cups, plates, bowls and ustensils for everyone.The microwave was not functional, but the host promptly addressed this issue and we received a new microwave the following day.Also, one of the three showers (the one near the pool table) did not have hot water throughout our stay, so we only had two functional showers for 14 people.We also found many rusty nails on the ground in the backyard so we had to clean it for the safety of the kids.Despite theses inconveniences, we appreciated a lot the good communication with the host. They answered quickly to our mails and they did a refund for the supplies that we had to buy at the beginning of our vacation. They also bought a little bed before our arrival specifically for my niece because there was one missing.We also appreciated the pool table, the backyard, the large open area and the confortable beds. We had a good time with our family!
