First room we were given on first floor smelled of mold so bad it burnt our noses… my 9 year old was crying. Then we got into bed at 1am after a late flight in and the bed linens were wet on one bed. Got a new room on 4th floor which was much better but overall I would not recommend.

Staff were friendly, check in went well. Breakfast could have been better, little omelettes were not very warm and actually kind of boring, plus turkey sausage patty was terrible. Maybe scrambled eggs and bacon might have been better. Possibly a bagel cutter could be handy, and soft butter patties rather than frozen ones. The regular spicy sausages were nice, lots of bread choices, as well as drinks and couple yogurt choices. I felt for the cost of the hotel, this could have been better.

Average but not worth the fees

Average hotel that feels like it has quite a bit of miles on it. Quote unreasonable that you’re paying a $20 resort fee and then when you check in, they tell you that you have to pay $8.00 for parking in a lot that is no different than any other garden style minimum service hotel parking lot. Clearly felt like a money grab and even with a handicap placard, they said it had to be paid. The $20 fee is beyond aggressive as it is given it’s not a resort and doesn’t offer any amenities that justify any daily fee.

The hotel was nice, we needed a place close to the airport for an early flight. we wouldve loved to be in the pool longer but they closed at 8 which was before we got back from dinner. otherwise, i would definately come back

The breakfast was awesome. The staff worked hard to keep everything clean and tidy and the food was hot and lots of variety for everyone. Keep up the good job and we will be back again. This was our 3rd visit to your hotel and we will be back. We did have a cancellation for a flight on Feb.15th. and we tried to come back to visit but everything was booked up. But everywhere was booked and it was not planned for us to be in Fort Lauderdale for one more day or we would have booked it before. See you again soon.. We have told others to visit this hotel as it is close to the ship ports and airport and the convenience of the shuttle pick up right outside the terminal. Thank you for the great experience.

Better than last couple BW we stayed at. Great lication, spent morning on water taxi and lots of shopping and restaurants, they kept our bags until checkin. Check in was busy but very polite and working hard. Room good too.

We started for 2 nights. The first night we arrived, it was dark and there was a sewage smell in the halls. In the morning, the smell was gone, but we had a room with a view of the sewage treatment plan behind the hotel. Enjoying the pool was extremely difficult with the smell. Location of the hotel is close to airport and the port and a mile from the public beach, which is fantastic.
