The hotel was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor pool had a small waterfall and it was a very cozy area to relax in. There are limited dining options without a car but the hotel does offer a nice dining area for meals and breakfast was delicious. Overall we were very pleased with the hotel.

The front desk staff was great, especially since we arrived after 1am. The area seemed fine, commercial but safe. The problem was that the floors in to room were all sticky- bathroom through the carpet in the room. Bedding seemed clean and the mattresses were comfortable, but everything else could do with a deep clean.

Too outdated

Our flight was delayed causing us to stay overnight in Hollywood, FL. The hotel was really outdated. It was close to airport and provided free shuttle to airport. However, I would have preferred a more modern hotel. This hotel gives motel 6 vibes not as bad but definitely.

I arrived half an hour prior to check in, told the room would be ready in 10 minutes. I waited in the lobby for 30 mins before approaching the desk again. Was then told it would be another 5 minutes and to go sit outside and I would be called when it was ready. 2 hours went by, now 5pm and I approached the desk. The staff had changed shifts and no one knew what was going on, waited another half hour before the room was ready. The serving staff in the lounge was rude, but the food was good. Seemed staff were overworked and in an upset mood. The tv remote would only work within 4 ft of the tv. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because of the airport shuttle. I put my name on the list for the shuttle to return to the airport. As the shuttle pulled up to the front we were told it isn’t leaving anymore and I should have had another plan. I had to rent an uber to get back to the airport.
