The room had a strange set up with a multi-use sink outside of the bathroom and located next to the coffee pot!! The only water access in the bathroom is the bathtub/shower!...not ideal.

Filthy around the facility and lobby and hallways. Room was average. Once I viewed the property and facility, I requested a refund but was denied. I would suggest ownership of La Quinta pay a visit themselves to view this property. I would not stay there again for free if it was offered

The only real issues I had were the the breakfast buffet has gotten a bit more sparse then when I was there in July 2024 and the other issue is the computer in the lobby for getting my boarding pass. The computers is outdated and extremely slow. It was turned off when I went to use it and it took nearly 10 minutes to boot up. After it finally booted up I tried to get my boarding pass via LATAM airlines but was unable as the computer noted no internet connection. System really needs to be updated. I had the same issue when I was there in July 2024

Instant cancellation after check in. Needs a deep clean. Room smells like weed. Room/Lobby doesn’t look like photos.. I stayed at the one in Plantation which was way better and a newer one! This one is definitely old!

Football Team

Our stay was okay, but unfortunately, a high school football team took up two entire floors, making it impossible to sleep. The elevator was also extremely busy and packed, which made it hard to leave the room.

Not as good as it looks

The photos for this place were quite deceptive. This is not the hotel I would have selected for my trip had the photos been an accurate reflection of the establishment. It is run down and smells dank. Two points that were obvious the moment I walked in. The rooms are dark with low ceilings. The water in the shower took 10 minutes to warm up. The AC unit was dusty and blew dank air in the room. The security guard was asleep when I went out to get fresh air one night. The front desk staff was unprofessional to say the least. One even had a dingy headwrap on. Can you not be bothered to comb your hair before work? I'm glad my stay was only two nights.

The experience was no where near what my past experiences staying at a La Quinta have been. The property needs a face lift, it is old and run down, it did not appear well kept. The breakfast was ok and staff helpful but i would not book at this location again. It was like they had put lipstick on a pig. Not up to LaQuinta standards.
