we have stayed there before...they have made some improvements, but not as many as they should have. Elevator growing slower...fitness room a laugh...weight is rusting and can hardly be moved. Furniture in room needs to be replaced. Door bottom to bathroom is falling apart..mold on corners of door...poor job of putting silcone around bathtub...amateur hour. Breakfast limited and appliances need to be updated...need more help with breakfast...wiping off tables, etc. Price was right. checking in easy.

This hotel is terribly understaffed. We waited at the airport for 2 hrs for the shuttle. Front desk staff was nice, but overwhelmed. We booked 3 people in our room. There was no bedding for the sad pullout bed and only 2 towels in the bathroom. The luggage storage is in a "locked" conference room. When we went to retrieve our luggage, a random individual was loitering in the "secured" room. Property is dated and tired.

The front desk & breakfast staff were all good. On arrival, while checking in they dealt with the fire alarm going off for a very long period of time, firemen arriving, hysterical guest as wife bit by a dog (dig staying in the hotel) demanding police & ambulance, then the hysterical dog owner. Two dog bites happened to hotel guests in three days. Tip:use uber as taxi may not arrive. Older facility showing its age.
