Fruit punch drink covered the elevator floor (dripping wet) room not cleaned before we arrived (at midnight), towels on the floor in the bathroom, a big pile of trash in the hallway. Terrible management.

We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and left on Saturday. No maid ever came to our room to clean. We were told that on our 3rd day the room elwould be cleaned,it never happened. We had to go to the front desk on Thursday and get vlean sheets and towels.

It’s an ok place to stay for a night, a pool, a hot tub and the view were great but the room itself is ok and breakfast was ok. We chose it just for the view but were given a room on the first floor which didn’t have a view, so not the best option

Property is so dirty, pretty old one , the price I paid for this hotel is not at all accepted, they said shuttle service is available but it does not run all the time, it was not available during my flight time for which I had to pay 25$ for uber .

Arrived to the hotel at 6pm on Christmas. Elevator was dirty, loud dog barking, room… not clean! We went down and the front desk person said he’d try to upgrade. No upgrade, just a new room on a different floor. That room had a broken dresser and was way more humid than the hallway was. Breakfast the next day was a whole different story. Juice was so watered down, sausages were gooey in the middles, no condiments, trash everywhere, other customers walking around in their socks. This was all around not so pleasant. I’m glad it was only for a night.

My family and I stayed for about four days and we didn’t get fresh sheets or towels until the day before we leave and the bed was a bit uncomfortable also upon leaving no one at the front desk a cab driver told me to just drop the keys on the counter no one was available and the staff was not so friendly

December 18th Overnight stay.
The bed pillows were a bit too full. A mixture of full and flat pillows would be nice. The watersaver showerhead kinda sucks but hpt water was not a problem. The breakfast sausage was a bit plain, not very flavorful. Otherwise, itwas a pretty good stay.
