Efficient apartment and great location
The most striking thing is the Murphy bed that folds down out of a cabinet by the wall. It is comfortable and easy to manage, and leaves you with a nice sofa and space to move around. The appliances are all major brands and in practically new condition. There is a huge refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster oven, and an induction hot plate, and ample pots, pans, and utensils. An especially nice touch is a Breville coffee machine that came with a supply of Nespresso pods. There is a nice common area outside with umbrella tables and chairs and an available gas BBQ. There is a nice looking pool, but we didn’t use it. Went to the Atlantic to swim though. The location is great for that and for walking on the boardwalk day and night. We felt very welcome here. notes: — My wife is short and she found the shower hard to reach and control. — There is not an included parking spot,, so be sure to contact the owner for a special rate they have for street parking.

Cozy space with great location!
Thanks for a great stay! Ricky was attentive, check in and out was easy. House was clean and as described! Such a cute cozy place to stay, location to beach was the best. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping!

Great spot, Will Likely Stay Here Again
Great value for what you get. Right on the beach, and feels safe. Clean and convenient. Coffee, toiletries, water bottles, and bath and kitchen. There's even towels, chairs, and bags for you if you need them for the beach. I will definitely consider staying here again

A place to lay your head
PROS The location is the absolute best thing about this place. It is truly steps from the beach which is fantastic The place is fully equipped including an electric grill, microwave with a lot of bells and whistles, keurig and all the kitchen needs for eating and cooking. I had a few issues while I was there and the hosts were very responsive and addressed the concerns quickly. CONS I didn’t realize there was a Murphy bed (my bad, it’s clear in the ad). It was quite comfortable but just not the experience I wanted havjng to pull down and put back up a bed every day. There were no pillows for the bed and no comforter, only a thin blanket. I used the couch pillows but not really ideal for sleeping. The place is really really small and had a strange smell which triggered my allergies. For these reasons, I did not want to spend time inside the unit at all other than to sleep. While the hosts have done a lot to make the most out of this place, the things most important to me - comfort ease and ambience - are missing. If you want a spot to lay your head after spending a day at the beach then this place will suite you.

Oasis Vacation
This property was absolutely perfect for a 6-day beach getaway for me and my husband. Even though the unit was small, it was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. It was extremely clean; the kitchenette had all the necessities, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was private and very nice as well. Beach chairs and towels were provided, which was also very nice. The location is perfect, very quiet, steps from the beach and very convenient to lots of restaurants and shops. We took an uber from the airport and was able to walk everywhere we went. The host was wonderful to work with. Will definitely consider a return visit.

Rocky opened his property to my daughter. We were looking for a place to get her out of the hurricane's path. Rocky’s place in Fort Lauderdale was available, and he got my daughter in quickly. He also checked in on her a couple of times. Thank you from a grateful dad.

Great Location & very clean unit. Host slow to respond to messages and 4 days to resolve small issue- provide 2 pillowcases for two bare pillows. Small bathroom can benefit from adding an exhaust fan. Feels like a steam bath . Also can use shelves in shower for soap and shampoo & better sheets(clean but worn & pilling)The pool very clean and felt safe. Overall a good stay. For price, cleanliness, & location I would recommend.

Absolutely perfect!
This was exactly what I was looking for! I have no complaints! The host was super great. The location was ideal! There was so much in the small apartment that I could have packed less. I appreciate the toiletries. I was worried the Murphy bed would be uncomfortable, but it was great and easy to pull down. I would definitely stay in this exact location if I were to come back again! Great space and location
Cute place and neighborhood. The beach and the Hollywood boardwalk are right there. Rocky did everything to make it a great visit. We used the beach chairs and umbrella for several mornings on the beach.

Great room, amenities, and location
The space was small, but fit 2 people just fine. It had everything we needed for a week-long stay. I appreciated that there was a cooler, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs. The AC functioned well! The shared spaces like the patio, grill, and pool were all clean and well-kept. The location was on the north end of the broadwalk, therefore very close to everything Hollywood has to offer. One thing I didn't realize is that the washer and dryer was not in-unit (maybe I read the listing wrong, it might've been in there), they were out by the pool and coin operated. So just keep that in mind if you plan to use them. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely plan to stay here again.

Great Hollywood beach property !
Loved this property and it's location ! It was a short walk to Hollywood beach with all the restaurants and bars you could need along the boardwalk. It has a lovely courtyard where we spent a lot of time , perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktail. The inside has been updated and perfect for 1 or a couple. It has great fridge, microwave, toaster oven and did notice a cooktop in the cupboard. Even though we didn't cook there it seemed to have everything you would need. Great pool area also. Hosts Rocky and Hope were great ! Quick to respond to help with any inquiries we had. Would stay here again ! Heather
