Needs a lot of work.
Well, now where to begin. When we arrived at the location, we were able to get into the house just fine unfortunately as we entered the house, we realized when we were selecting our bedrooms that the first bedroom had no lights no fan. The fan was actually originally plugged into the wall and stapled to the ceiling we did however just deal with this the way that it was. It was fine during the day cause there was plenty of light in the house. There were hardly any cooking materials in the kitchen for somebody staying for seven days. We obviously went to the grocery store and cooked a lot of meals in that house, but I had to actually purchase disposable utensils and things like that to be able to feed everyone and to cook properly. The washing machine worked about half the time could never really figure out what was going on with. It didn’t seem like it was getting any water to it at certain points but then it would start working so it’s definitely on the fritz and caused a lot of issues. The number one problem in that house is that it is built incorrectly. We had quite a few tall people in our party and had quite a few heads bumped on the overhanging staircase up in the master suite where you had to basically crawl into the mattress because of the overhang or the eaves on either side of the king size bed. Also, when we arrived, apparently somebody had attempted to clean the property, but they did not do a very good job the house was dirty and gross. And outdated everywhere.
