Beautiful house and great location
House was perfect for a big family. Bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Well equipped, great location and beautiful pool. Everybody enjoyed so much the heated pool and spa. Totally recommendable. If I have to make a critic I would say the grill was in bad conditions and the patio furniture could have been in better conditions. But if I have the opportunity I will rent it again. We had an awesome week with the family.

Beautiful home in perfect location!
House was better than expected- beautiful decor, every amenity you'd ever want, and did not have to pay extra for the lovely heated pool and spa. Location was also great, with short pleasant walk to beautiful beach and restaurants. The house manager provided key code and asked if needed anything to improve our stay (very attentive!). I highly recommend this property!

Very close to the beach, very quiet and nice neighborhood. We were 2 family of total 8 people, very comfortable rooms for everyone. Will comeback for sure. Very recommend.

Very nice place
Very nice place. Stayed there with 8 of my family. They limit you to 10 people, but there’s more than enough room for that many. Maintenance needed to stop by a few times. They were courteous and communicative. The back yard is fenced and there are a lot of trees and plants blocking the neighbors. There’s a shed full of beach stuff if you don’t want to bring your own. Lots of beach towels to use. The pool is also nice. I decided against messing with the controls, but they have instructions if you want to. The shed is also has a bunch of pool toys. The kids loved it. It’s a short walk to the beach. Just be careful at the crosswalk.

It was a place to sleep...
I have rented vacation homes at least twice a year for the past 15 years & have never left a negative review. We were excited to stay here as the pictures were beautiful, the location was right and the communication with Mr Walker leading up to our visit was outstanding. I wrote a very inclusive review but got cut short before I could finish so I'll make it short. If your family is even an inch over 6' tall, watch your head and step. There are random steps up and down everywhere. If you have balance issues, this is not the place for you. The whole house leans so far toward the back that my mother lost her balance several times. The backyard is a wreck. The pool is nice but don't expect it to look like the pictures taken on a wide angle lens they posted. Yes they are clear about noise but my family is not loud. It would have been nice to enjoy the patio in the evening. Jeff insisted the lights were on a timer but they never did come on. Once it was dark, it was pitch black and we couldn't go outside. He said there was a switch in the house but that wasn't working either. He said they'd look into it and that never happened. The front porch light was also out and that never got fixed either. Nevermind that the bed in the master felt like it had rocks under it. I hate leaving ugly reviews but it's warranted here. I wonder if the owner has every stayed in their house or if it meets their expectations for their vacation. I guess you get what you pay for.

We enjoyed our stay at this house! The beach, restaurants, and stores were very close. The scenery was beautiful. In addition, we were about an hour and a half close to the Alligator Farm and the famous Key West. We were able to visit both. Very comfortable location. This was one of our best vacation houses!

Great house setup perfectly for families Pool is perfect size and house location is amazing Property management is on top of their game and communication for great ! Nice Quiet Beach Retreat
We stayed at the house with our adult children. The house is very nice, clean, and up-to-date. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so good for relaxing. The house is an easy 5 minute walk from the beach, though, and 10-15 minute walk from a wide variety of restaurants. Grocery store and drug store also nearby so it is very convenient to all sorts of amenities. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the back yard.

Wedding weekend
We flew in from Texas for the joining of 2 large Italian families. The group staying at the house was Grand Mother, Daughter, Grand Daughter, 2 Cousins and Me (Husband, Son-in-law, father and Cousins. The house was everything we needed; Central Kitchen (Italian food thing) bedrooms and most important Bathrooms for wedding event prep. Pool and hot tub beautiful and a place of relaxation and evening close out.

Perfect spot
The house is very well located. Everything you need is within walking distance : beach, restaurant, grocery store, drugstore, pier. We were a group of 8, and it was a little short on the patio drinkware and plates. It would be great to add more. Apart from that, the kitchen and the house in general is very well-equipped. The backyard is amazing. Beautiful setup. There are plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach toys. All in all, a perfect stay.

Between the high gloss floor tiles, tier level floor (step ups) and pool/spa wet feet, one had to be extremely cautious of every step. Showers and tubs were also very slippery. Broken glass was found throughout the week on the patio and in spa/pool. The dishwasher didn’t work properly as a piece kept coming off during use. Kitchen sink was clogged upon arrival. The filter in the refrigerator was leaking. On further inspection there was a crack found in the filter hence we removed the filter and had no ice for the week. Primary bath shower had very slow drainage. Two of the shower drain covers were dislodged. Back yard was a vacation oasis and location was excellent.

Spacious, clean, fairly modern house in a great location. Few things need to be addressed such as hot water in one of the showers. Jacuzzi not working. Lack of Supplies such as garbage bags and toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher pods. Nobody wants to have to run out to the store as soon as You get there for things that should be available. Otherwise Overall a good experience

Clean house, great location, 5 min walk to beach
Great location! House was extremely clean, and the outdoor patio & pool area was beautiful. Easy check in process, good communication with the property management company. When we reported an issue they responded the next day and offered us a resolution and provided a later checkout time. The washer/dryer was incredibly helpful, as well as the coffee maker and juicer. As a note - The house has some small step-downs in several areas between different rooms which can be a trip hazard if you’re not paying attention. The A/C system in the house is excellent but the back bedroom to the right of the main sofa area is the one area of the house that doesn’t seem to get much airflow. Lastly there’s a camera over the pool and outdoor patio area, which is supposed to be to monitor sound levels in case there are noise complaints but it’s quite creepy.
