You get what you pay for….3/5

If you know what you’re getting for the price, then this is a fair hotel… It’s been repainted and rebranded, but still shows areas of disrepair and age. Pool was very nice and clean. Good location very close to a CVS and Winn-Dixie as well as restaurants. Parking is very tight and limited, and they do charge an extra unannounced fee for that. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Very narrow hallways and balcony walkways. We paid for early check in between 11 and two and got in our room about 1230. Overall, 3/5 stars. If you’re looking for a more economical hotel, stay in comparison to nearby resorts and don’t set your expectations too high then this is the place for you. Lastly, beach access is about a 15 minute/half mile walk. Public transportation runs right in front of the hotel.

Hotel is basically inhabitable with the entire premises being closed The pool was not open, or restaurant that was falling apart Grounds were dirty and the construction workers lived in the hotel We saw one other person on the balcony and that’s it The one good thing was our balcony so we could at least look outside at the traffic Put it this way you get what you pay for Scary place for two girls to be alone Should have paid the extra money for a better hotel down the way

The staff here is amazing the customer service awesome. The location is perfect just three miles from Lauderdale on the Seas main beach area. This is my second time staying at this location in two months. I would recommend it.

Our room was spacious, however the floor was dirty. The lounge chairs at the pool were cracked and broken. The patio and waterfall around the pool were also in disrepair. We had to ask several times for a bucket of ice and to have our room cleaned. The phone in the room was not plugged into the wall. When checking in we were NOT met with a smile or even eye contact. Many of the front desk people were less than friendly. It was not completely clear from the website that the hotel was undergoing renovations and that there was a fairly long walk to the public beach access.

Our room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. There was a slight funny smell when you first come through the door maybe like a moist smell? The pictures on the website are very deceiving. The hotel supposedly is under construction. We didn’t see anybody working. The restaurant bar is closed. The pool needs some cosmetic help. Beach towels are the size of hand towels, lol The hotel door rooms have a keypad code which we liked! The staff at the front kept it very private with other guest present which room we were in, which was awesome. The back of the hotel needs to be cleaned up as well just a lot of construction material laying around it’s an eyesore. We really weren’t in the room that much just to sleep so it served its purpose. We were grateful the bed was so comfortable in the room clean. We wouldn’t stay here again, unless all the construction was finished. The price was right for what we wanted. Great Coffee Cafe across the street. Supermarket as well.

New look

Property is under renovation. They are doing a very nice job and looks more contemporary..interior and exterior. The room was super clean and property is smoke free. An excellent bargain for sure.

Room was beautiful only complaint we have though is the shower gel was empty. I feel like these things should be filled up every time a new guest arrives. And the pool area was in poor condition. All of the chairs were broken. Hotel exterior looked nothing like the photos advertised at time of booking.
