Well-kept, if a dated, small vintage apartment in a well-situated comfortable residential neighborhood. Virtual management team representing owner was responsive and professional, as good as can usually be found in these days of mostly transactional, usually invisible third party "hosting." My one "almost a non-issue" was an incorrect wifi password in instructions, but the team helped in timely manner. New flooring throughout is a nice update. Relatively old appliances, fixtures, etc. are all in great working order. My only significant disappointment was that the studio is not "large" as described in the listing (and pictures in listing make it look bigger than it is). It was hard to move around and it initially felt claustraphobic. After moving abundant and large furnishings off to the sides or into the closet, it was OK. The weather was great and I really enjoyed sitting in the yard outside my door, but I didn't feel comfortable using the patio (described in the listing as "shared") that was directly outside my neighbor's door. All neighbors, short term or long term, were kind and gracious and a highlight of my stay. At this price point, choosing this studio over similarly priced hotels is a close call, but I had such a good experience overall I think I'd likely do it again.
