Staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. Made popcorn and gave bottled water to guests for free. Breakfast has real waffles, cereals, and eggs, as well as the usual continental buffet. Really great bang for the buck, especially when traveling for business-- it has all of the modern ammenities

We asked for a room near the elevator due to person with a walker. They put us in a room furthest from the elevator. Person with walker fell because he can't walk that far

The elevator went out of service on 11/10/24. Had to walk up and down the stairs. The day of checkout (11/11/24), I had to carry my luggage and other bags down 3 flights of stairs which was very difficult. I called for service but no one was available to assist. This was very difficult for me as I have a bad knee due to surgery. This type of service is very unacceptable.

I always stay here on all of my twice a year visits to Fort Myers. I've been staying here for several years now and have never had a single thing to complain about. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. Every time I return to my room after being out, it is always clean and ready. It is perfectly convenient for my purposes for being in Fort Myers.
