Phantastisches Haus
Wir haben hier mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kind einen phantastischen 2,5 wöchigen Urlaub verlebt. Es passte alles und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Gegensatz zu anderen empfanden wir den Hancock bridge parkway nicht als störend. Und die Nachbarn sind einfach klasse! Vielen lieben Dank an Donna und Brad als Gastgeber!

Schönes Ferienhaus
Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Cape Coral. Da wir uns Strassenlärm von zu hause nicht gewohnt sind, störte uns dieser ein wenig. Wir waren uns bei der Buchung nicht bewusst, dass das Haus direkt an einer 4 spurigne Strasse liegt. Ebenfalls die nicht verdunkelbaren Oberfenster im Masterbedroom waren etwas störend. Die Homeowner waren sehr hilfsbereit und bei kleineren Problemen erhielten wir sofort Unterstützung, vielen Dank!

PERFECT getaway
We had the most amazing week staying at this home. Donna was so great to work with, she was very responsive and accomidating to our family of 5. Jason met us at the house and walked us thru so we felt prepared how to use everything. We have 3 young boys and we used the pool every single day. I was nervous for the saltwater but now that I experienced a salt water pool I much prefer that to chlorine. The temperature of the pool and spa heated up quickly and made the pool days very comfortable. For being on a busy road you would never even know. The owners did a great job of putting plants and trees sourrounding the property so you feel very secluded and private. The canal was such a lovely bonus, we loved watching the birds and wildlife from right in our back yard. I would absolutly stay here again. A huge perk was all the towels and pool floats were provided so we didn't need to pack those along. The whole house was fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. We have stayed at a few rentals and this was our favorite by far. The only thing it was almost too nice for our 3 boys but we managed to keep the house together ha! We had one incident and Donna was very understanding. Blessed to have been able to stay here with my family :)

Everything about the house was as advertised! House was super clean, well organized, and has a great layout. The lanai was amazing, and has a large TV to catch all the games! Great hosts, Donna communicated regularly to check on us, and has a great guidebook for the area in the house! Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful property and stay
The property was as expected - beautiful. Lovely pool, lovely BBQ! lovely owners who provided a lovely welcome gift and was in contact in regards to what we needed to do and tips on how to enjoy the property. The waterside is lovely and its true that turtles love the bread! Evenings by the pool and in the hot tub were lovely. close to great stores and not as hectic as Orlando or Tampa in regards to tourists so you get a real feel of Florida. If there was one thing i would change, would be the duration - Longer would have been fantastic. 5 stars. I will be back

Graduation Vacation
We took this trip as a graduation gift for my 2 stepsons. We wanted to make it as memorable as possible because after I lost my 18 year old son a few years ago to a congenital heart defect, making as many memories as possible becomes a crucial part of life. And this house made that possible. Not only is the home absolutely beautiful, the decor is stunning and the amenities were above and beyond what we expected! From big details to the smallest, the owners have definitely put their time, love, and effort into ensuring not only a beautiful experience, but also a home away from home. Don’t miss out on this gem!
Short version: don’t second guess this property; just book it! Bit longer version: absolutely amazing home right on a canal. Extremely responsive and friendly hosts. Super easy booking and check in process. Forget something? Trust me, they thought of it. Lovely decorated house (super clean!) with a great layout and gorgeous view of the outdoor living space and pool. Access to kayaks and paddle boats. Good fishing and so fun to feed the turtles. Very quiet neighborhood that we took walks through daily. What more can I say other than my group of 9 can’t wait to go back. This was by far our favorite VRBO home and experience ever. Top notch! ❤️

The pool and spa, lovely and spacious interior, and fully equipped kitchen made this house perfect for our weeklong vacation. It truly had everything we needed and more. The hosts were super nice to deal with, always quick to respond to questions and provided helpful information.

Great Place!
Brad and Donna were wonderful hosts. We loved the backyard- it had everything! The teenage boys fished right on the canal and caught many fish. It was so nice to have fishing poles. The pool and hot tub were great. The outdoor kitchen was amazing! We also used the gas firepit too. We also appreciated having plenty of soaps & shampoos, spices, and we were greeted with a beautiful welcome gift! We also appreciated meeting with their caretaker to go over the amenities of the house and ask any questions. That was new to us and really appreciated that. The house is on a very busy street and the only other thing is it would be nice to have a door or curtain to the master bath for privacy. We had a wonderful week!

Second Wonderful Stay
We stayed here last year and loved it so much we decided to stay for 3 weeks this year. The house is beautiful and the lanai is relaxing. Donna was wonderful to work with. She made sure that we had everything that we needed and she took care of any concerns we had. If we come back to Cape Coral we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Place and Great Communication
We have stayed in many places in Cape Coral for our yearly family vacation, but this beautiful place will forever be our go to listing! The house is exactly like described in the listing, beautiful decor, beautiful scenery, and the owners (and the property manager) were amazing with communication! A lamp accidentally was broken by one of my children, and they were so understanding and polite about it! Great place and great host!

Our stay in Paradise
As soon as we walked in the door we knew we were in Paradise! This house was amazing and the owners were awesome! The kitchen had everything we needed, the living room had comfy furniture, the master bath was huge and the bed in the master bedroom was so comfy. But the best part of the house was definitely the lanai. We loved the pool and hot tub along with all of the different seating areas. The outdoor kitchen was amazing. The owners had a book with different things to do and different restaurants in the area. We have stayed at other homes in the area but nobody has made us feel more welcome than Donna and Brad. We can’t wait to stay here again next February for three weeks!

Just as advertised
This home is clean, spacious and well-appointed, having basically everything you need for a vacation including hairdryers, a printer, and a good selection of spices and cooking needs. We very much enjoyed opening the sliding doors and expanding the living area into the lanai which has several different seating areas. We even enjoyed the firepit one evening on a day that was particularly cool for Florida. Donna was very communicative although we had no problems while we were there. This house was beautiful.
The house was decorated very well and had everything we needed and then some. The owners went above and beyond; asked our kids names and ages to have gifts waiting under the Christmas tree upon our arrival. don't forget the Christmas cookies waiting as well. We had one issue with a neighbor saying we were loud when we were not even there to which the owners reached out to politely enquire, that was really the only negative thing for our entire stay. I would highly recommend staying here. The house and owners really couldn't have been any better! Thank you Donna and Brad! our daughter is still loving her reindeer .
