The spacious fourth bedroom, on the second floor, has a king bed, baby crib, a half bathroom, and washer and dryer.
The basement includes a large living area, a ping pong table, three more bedrooms, a full bathroom and another washer and dryer. The three basement bedrooms have a king, queen/full trundle, and a queen bed.
The walkout basement leads to the heated in-ground saltwater pool. (3 ft to 10 ft deep) Pool is open from early May until late September
Finally, full access to the detached building that includes a full size all wooden volleyball court, basketball hoops on each end, a loft overlooking the court with a wet bar, a lounge area, a workout area, pool table and half bath.
