The space
Experience this 4 story townhome that is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment. This home has an open space layout including keyless entry and wifi. The property includes two bedrooms which can be suitable for up to 4 people but we may add an air mattress per request to sleep up to 6. If you’d like to accommodate more people please let us know so we can make arrangements.

1st Floor

2nd Floor
- Open layout kitchen with all the amenities you would need but just to name a few;

- Plenty of windows to let the natural light in you’ll find a mid century modern inspired living room with a 65” TV fully equipped with Netflix and Hulu.
3rd Floor
- Bedroom 1 with a King sized bed, Walk-in Closet with hangers, and a ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower
- Bedroom 2 with a Queen sized bed, closet with hangers, and a ensuite bathroom
4th Floor
- Climb up to the 4th floor and enjoy the privacy of the sun-soaked rooftop patio where you can relax and enjoy the weather and catch the sunset.
- You’ll also find a bright area inside with plenty of windows that can be used as a work from home space to catch up on emails or just to take a midday nap.
Other things to note
If you need to cancel please let us know in advance for we can work on getting those dates rebooked, we would greatly appreciate it.

We are open to allowing small gatherings happen in our property but please be upfront and send us an inquiry BEFORE BOOKING or we will ask you to leave the premises.
Additional fee for gatherings. It is your responsibility to take all of the trash from the gatherings. Extra fees will incur if you do not take it with you.
Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund.
Always be respectful of our community and neighbors.

Please keep the garage/door closed/locked at all times, we get a notification when the garage/door is opened/unlocked for 10 mins. If unattended, I will close it remotely for your safety.
