Bad idea for a relaxing break
Not the same hotel anymore. Since the changes it has gone from a very nice laid back comfortable hotel to a dreaded business hotel. Self check in desk the dominates the ground floor particularly annoying. Breakfast although a lot of choice is no longer no longer the standard it was epically the hot breakfast. Bar area with its high stools is just uncomfortable and clinical. Previously proper seating to relax in. Overall they have taken a perfectly good hotel and made it worse. I will not be returning!

Great spot for Frankfurt
A great place overall with a modern vibe and located near the old town. The shower in the middle of the room was a little odd (as there is no privacy when one is showering), but we didn't mind it since we're married. Overall, we had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay!

First, I want to start with my husband and I travel thru Europe often so we aren't "stuck up Americans". When I booked this hotel, this is no mention of the clear cage like shower stall that is in the middle of the room. There is no shade to pull down around the shower, so its literally like your showering in the middle of the room watching tv and.... nothing mentions that when you book. Also the bartenders was rude birth nights we were there. He looked at us, saw us waiting and just walked away. At one point we alar we asked for service snd made it clear he was again too busy. On the nothing we left at 4am...we had to walk out the back of the hotel. A worker held the door open while we struggled with our large luggage down the few stairs in complete darkness into the parking lot that had no lights. Not very safe. I would definitely not stay here again or recommend this hotel

Better than I expected, great staff, well located
had three nights last week for a trade event at Frankfurt Messe. Although an annual event, this is the first time I have stayed away from the local Messe / Commercial district, mostly due to rocketing pricing but also for a change of scenery. Some of the reviews on here where worrying about cleanliness, the standard of rooms, so I upgraded. Ultimately the room was very clean although a little jaded or old, but everything else, included service, room service, breakfast and bar aera was very good. I will use again for sure.

Very clean, kind staff, good location to access Romerberg and Dom. Self-Check in system is not so convenient. If we leave the luggage during sightseeing, we have to use the pay locker.

Wonderful breakfast and the staff is constantly refilling and cleaning the restaurant area. Room is well equipped. Shower water does not leak outside the doors. There’s not much in the area, but a quick walk over to Sachsenhausen for restaurants.

We loved the bar. Tülay was an amazing host, and made the best cocktails 10/10. Our room was clean, tidy and staff were all friendly. They don’t do daily servicing of the rooms but offer it if you want it
