Sneha was extremely nice, and answered questions promptly. She was also very gracious in allowing us to check in a little earlier since we were traveling with our elderly father. The home was clearly once a beautiful home. There are a lot of repairs needed inside and out. Most of the blinds in the home need repair. We were only able to get the hot tub to function one of the seven days we stayed. The controls are very old and the screen which contained controls for all pool and hot tub functions froze up therefore was non functional. Sneha tried to assist with functionality, though the issue continued. The master bedroom towels, pillow case and downstairs bedroom pillowcase were stained. We did enjoy the pool. The kitchen contains pots, pans, dish ware and silverware. I would recommend adding mixing bowls as there was only one small container for use. There was no foil, plastic wrap, etc. We bought all of our own condiments, spices, cooking oil etc. which we had to discard prior due to flights. The pool table was nice. We didn’t use the game room which included foosball, or the Ping Pong table in the garage only due to high temperatures. The neighborhood was nice and close though we were awakened at 6am daily due to construction near the home. The best part of this home is it did accommodate our elderly father in a wheelchair. We were able to maneuver him easily and the shower was accessible for him. Sneha is great so we would still recommend this home.
