The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, only separated from Lake Constance by the street and a row of houses. It was fully renovated in 2019.

It features 3 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms has a balcony, and another is directly adjacent to the living room. The spacious living/dining/kitchen area boasts modern amenities, both visually and technically. In addition to the spacious shower room with WC, there is a separate WC.

The living room is equipped with a large TV, with sound provided by Nubert speakers. Each bedroom is equipped with a "the Frame" TV.

You have the entire apartment at your disposal.

We do not live on-site but are always reachable.

Opposite the apartment is the shop of a local fisherman, where you can always get fresh fish and various fish delicacies. Along the promenade, there are numerous restaurants inviting you to indulge and enjoy. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the bathing area along the street, while on the other side, there is a nature reserve.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Super Lage, Zentrum ist zu Fuß sehr schnell erreichbar und Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist technisch und vom Design her sehr gehoben und auch sonst ist alles da, was man braucht. Zu acht wird es dann aber doch etwas eng am Tisch und mit nur einem Bad. Ansonsten aber sehr empfehlenswert!

Hafen und Innenstadt gut fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Wohnung war sehr sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Küche ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Einziger Kritikpunkt war das über den kompletten Urlaubszeitraum das Internet nicht funktioniert hat. Vermieter wurde darüber am ersten Tag informiert mit Antwort das sich darum gekümmert wird.

Superschnelle Wohnung direkt am See
Wir waren zwei Familien und konnten die Woche richtig genießen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Sie ist Technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Zuerst hatten wir mit all der Technik etwas Probleme, das hatten wir aber schnell im Griff. Wer sich damit befasst, dürfte damit keine Schwierigkeiten haben. Der Vermieter hat auf eine Nachfrage sofort reagiert und war sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit.

Gute Lage
Wohnung ist sehr modern und chic eingerichtet. Leider funktionierte unsere Kaffeemaschine nicht, haben den Vermieter informiert, aber leider keinen Ersatz erhalten. Die Lage ist gut, alles fußläufig in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.

Perfekte Lage!
Superschneller und schöner Fußweg zum Hafen und an die Uferpromenade. Ebenso sind die Spazierwege an dem dort direkt befindlichen Flüsschen richtig schön. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Mit den vielen elektrischen Schaltern für die Lichter und Rolläden haben wir manchmal etwas gehadert, aber alles letztendlich hinbekommen. Was etwas störend ist, dass die Lautstärke der Fernseher nicht reguliert werden konnte oder wir es nicht herausfanden. Bei all den tollen technischen Ausstattungen wären vielleicht Bedienungsanleitungen doch nicht schlecht. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung.

Wir waren als Freunde eigentlich für einen Opernbesuch angereist, der ja ausfiel. Die Wohnung war sicherlich die bestausgestatteste, die ich je als Feriendomizil hatte. Alles war schön, praktisch, gepflegt und aufeinander abgestimmt. Kleinigkeiten , wie USB kabel an vielen Steckdosen machen das Leben einfacher und die Lage zum Spazierengehen und geniessen ist toll. Jederzeit wieder!

Perfekt, außer dem Wetter
Von außen ein normales Mietshaus, aber innen superschön und modern. Die Wohnung ist für techn. interessierte der Hammer! Alles was es so gibt ist da ;-) Auch die Lage ist gut, in ca. 15 min. ist man mitten in der Stadt.

1A FeWo direkt am Bodensee mit Top-Austattung
Wohnung ist technisch sowie für einen normalen Haushalt überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet. Bodensee ist vom Fenster aus sichtbar und das Ufer in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis daher aus meiner Sicht verglichen mit anderen Angeboten der Gegend ebenfalls überdurchschnittlich gut. Daher also sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne Wohnung für schöne Tage
Die Wohnung ist prima ausgestattet und geräumig genug für die Bettenzahl. So kann man sich auch mal zurückziehen. Gute Ausgangslage für Spaziergänge am See und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Gegenüber gibt es eine interessante kleine Bodenseefischerei mit netten Betreibern. Praktisch wäre eine Liste mit ein paar Hinweisen zur Müllentsorgung und zur genauen Parksituation. Natürlich kriegt man das alles auch so heraus, einfacher wäres aber mit Hinweisen. Der freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter ist telefonisch oder per whatsapp gut zu erreichen.

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler und ruhiger Lage
Alles war toll. Bei Check-In hatten wir zum Glück ein Nachbar, der die Haustür öffnen konnte. Ansosten war der Rest super in Ordnung. Gerne wieder, ich kann weiter empfehlen!
