The individually furnished terraced house is located in a quiet residential area in Friedrichskoog-Spitze. On about 65 sqm you will find a living room with fireplace and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a modern bathroom with shower / toilet on the first floor and Loft with sleeping possibility (under a slant ) for 2 children (in the attic there is a steep staircase). Also at your disposal garden furniture and barbecue on the terrace, parking space, night storage heater, washing machine and dryer shared surcharge. Bed linen and towels can be borrowed on request at the tourist service fee.

Top Lage, Wohnung veraltet, wir erwarten immer noch Geld vom Vermieter zurück
Die Lage war top, die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Geschirr war dreckig, ebenso die Küchenschränke. Beim Trockner hingen Kabel aus der Maschine, der Wäschetrockner vor dem Haus war verrostet, die Decken und Kissen uralt. Friedrichskoog würden wir sofort wieder wählen, die Wohnung allerdings nicht mehr. Ebenso haben wir zuviel Geld überwiesen, da warten wir immer noch auf die Rückzahlung und müssen wahrscheinlich unseren Anwalt einschalten. Sehr schade.
