Shower water not working at all upon check in. Bugs in bathroom area in two different rooms. Breakfast was cold below service level for dints. Several items in the dining area were broken had to ask repeatedly for a place to sower for my overnight stay due to broken bathtub water. Very suspect for improper cleaning otherwise facility would have found issues with water and cleanliness.

Enjoyed stay

Staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. Location great bext to ocean, convenient for walking, shopping and enjoying the ocean. Accommodation was clean, a bit dated, but ojay. Breakfast and coffee were great.

Room did not have towels. Very noisy due to constant pedestrian traffic at all hours going past our room. Substandard breakfast. Grackle birds were nesting in the trees, so a great deal of droppings every where and very noisy. No hot water in the bathroom sink. Toilet did not flush properly. Lighting over bathroom sink did not work properly. Requested front desk to address the hot water, toilet and lighting, but there was nothing done. Intended to stay three days, but left early.
