This was our first time to stay at Moody Gardens and we loved it. Can’t wait to stay again! It was clean and the rooms were nice! We went when they weren’t busy so that was nice , it was quiet.

Accidental vacation hack. We went a few days before the holiday weekend and the hotel was very chill along with most places we went to on the island. Nice hotel. Pool looked fun but we didn't hit it.

The property and rooms were clean and BEAUTIFUL! The gardens are fabulous! The fitness center and spa are awesome! I thoroughly enjoyed the dry sauna. The tap water didn’t have a funky smells to it and was possibly softened. They have an indoor lap pool and an outdoor pool and hot tub. There are no stairs to use except for fire escape. There absolutely should be usable stairs. The elevators were inadequate to handle the traffic, and waiting on elevators was super obnoxious!

I booked a room with 2 queen beds. Upon check in they said they were out of those rooms and only had one king. There were three people in the king bed!!! First time ever I have not received what I booked.

We didn’t realize that you guys didn’t do all the extras after school starts. We were disappointed that the fire pit and s’mores along with all the other fun activities were not there. That is the only reason we book with Moody. Moody is out of the way and not convenient, but we always overlooked it because of the extras. It’s much easier and a better location for the Hilton Resort.

Front desk staff extremely rude. Gave me wrong key to go back and get my phone charger. Was very rude about needing to go back to room. Beds hard as a rock. Doors has rusty hardware. Elevators had foul smell. Pool area was nice. Linens were clean. Only one restaurant on property was open and service there was ridiculously slow, especially since we were the ONLY customers in the place. Overall rating, done waste your money. Stay somewhere less expensive and get what you pay for. Extremely disappointed. Feel like money wasted.
