Embassy Suites is usually excellent, but this facility looks like it was abandoned 10 years ago. The employees are great, but there have been no updates and the building looks old and worn down. My shower rod was halfway pulled out of the wall also, and the elevator on our emd of the building was out of service the emtire time.

I'll come back. Dependably excellent.
It is a lovely hotel. We wish the toilets flushed better! But the room was immaculate; the bed fine although go the sheets are a little heavy not percale; the breakfast is very good; the overall ease and comfort is excellent. And I'm picky.

Another dull colored hotel now.
Bed mattress is too soft. The live plants and fish pond are gone so I don't feel it is as eco friendly. The big brass lion is also gone that the little children used to love to have their photo by. It's all just boring grays and white in the lobby.
