Great quality for price
Overall, the cabin was great quality for price. There were a few things I would keep in mind if you are planning on staying here. The cabin was cozy, however, there were not enough towels for use on the property. With showering and the hot tub I would recommend bringing towels with you. The pillows were awful so I would recommend bringing your own. The property boasted having a fully stocked kitchen, but if you are actually planning on cooking they barely have any pots and pans, we were unable to cook breakfast like we planned on. We did really enjoy our stay even with the minor issues noted above. The parking passes included in the booking was such a great perk and saved us close to 80-100 since parking downtown can be pricey, and while the cabin is walking distance it was too cold to walk anywhere. We would stay here again, and just anticipate bringing a few extra things with us. Also, the location is gorgeous! Couldn’t beat the price at this time of year.

Great location close to everything, comfy bed and check in and out very easy.I would recommend the owner to clean more thoroughly. Blinds, kitchen and tables were very dusty. Shower curtain durty and broken.

Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay at our cabin. The only tricky thing is that it’s very hard to see the keypad on the door if you arrive at night. There is also a keypad on the wall, which was confusing. The keypad on the door was the correct one. We entered our code into the wrong keypad and couldn’t get into our cabin on the first night because it was after hours. The staff offered us a full refund for the night, and everyone was super friendly. They even drove out to our cabin to help resolve the issue.

Lovely cabin
The cabin was stunning. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a running stream just out back and even though we were close to downtown it felt secluded. The birds were singing and I saw a chipmunk, so cute. Wish we had more time there.

We have very simple check-in and the cabin was ready. The cabin was clean, except the beds were a little uncomfortable. The hot tub was very enjoyable. We were very close to downtown. Just a little disappointed we didn’t see a bear!

This was a great location
A short weekend in Gatlinburg with friends. Cabin #17 was a cute place. Plenty of room for us. Adequate dishes, pans, coffee maker, Keurig, Paper towels and t-paper. Fabulous customer service at check-in building. Centrally located and we appreciated the parking passes for downtown garage. The whole cabin was surface clean. Could use a better dusting. Two extra sets of towels would be nice vs one extra set. We enjoyed it and would stay again.

Convenient and Nice
My husband and I stayed at this property for my work trip. The property looked exactly like the online listing. A couple of problems worth noting. First, no one reached out with check in information. My message on the Vrbo app went unanswered. If I hadn’t called the management group asking for help we would have been up a Creek since we arrived after office hours. Second, not much attention to detail was given to the property. The toilet paper holder was broken. The upstairs shower curtain was dirty and the blinds on one were unable to open or close. The headboards were also covered in dust. While we enjoyed our time here, We could have stayed somewhere much nicer for the money spent.

Not for everyone
The property looked as photos. Parking passes that were included were a plus. Amenities were as what you would find in a hotel suite, dishes (not kid friendly), sample toiletries, but no extra blankets or pillows. The beds were comfortable after a day of hiking. The house was quite dusty, with a significant build up on fixtures, ceiling fans, etc. and there were old food wrappers under the edge of the couch from a previous customer. The hot tub while does in fact need to have the proper amount of chemicals to maintain cleanliness, after 15 minutes of being in it bleached our clothing and my husband received a chemical burn. As another review stated, there were the presence of ants which made putting anything on the counter such as snacks difficult. As a family with small children, I would not recommend to another family of the same stature.

Great Cabin
Great home base for our family’s Smokey mountain vacation. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Good location, walkable to some attractions on the north end of the Gatlinburg strip but likely a drive for most people. They provide free parking passes to a garage near the convention center which was nice. The upside of the location is you don’t have to fight as much traffic to get to pigeon forge. The hot tub took several days to heat up so we didn’t get much use out of that. The beds were both kings and extremely comfortable.

Weekend Getaway
We encountered ants in the kitchen which I told the cabin rental office. The dishes were not clean. Every one I wanted to use had to be washed first. The downstairs bathroom shower curtain was awful. It kept coming off the hooks and you had to work with it to keep water from getting on the bathroom floor. I don’t typically complain but thought I would leave these comments in the hopes that the next guest would not have same issues. Overall our stay was nice. The beds were super comfortable after hiking long hours in the smoky mountains and it was quiet and pleasant on the back deck. The rental office also provided parking passes in Gatlinburg which was an unexpected surprise.
