Spectacular Family Vacation
We had a fantastic stay in this chalet! Patrick was such an amazing host and went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. The views were amazing, and the property was clean and inviting. We utilized the game room every day! It snowed and the kids had so much fun playing in it! Would definitely recommend this property and will definitely be back!!

Birthday/Christmas get away
We did a little family vacation to celebrate my Husbands birthday and a Christmas vacation. The view is amazing!! Patrick is an awesome host!! He checked in on us to make sure everything was going ok and he was even awesome enough to send us a video of our bear visitor we had. Plenty of extras in the house as far as towels , trash bags etc. Loved that there was also tide pods so we could wash things as needed

We stayed here for our anniversary and were delighted with our stay. The host was extremely attentive and personable, going above and beyond to make certain we had everything we needed during our stay. He even gave us suggestions for restaurants and places we should see while we were here. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Bear Haven
If you are looking for a bear experience then this the cabin! We saw so many bears that just would walk right up to the cabin. You should always be cautious and keep your distance especially when they decide to walk up on the top patio. But you can safely view them off the lower balcony when they come to visit. Allows for great pictures watching them play and walk around. We pretty much had daily visits for the 4 days we stayed here. One large black bear, a couple of probably three year old bears that were mid sized and then a mama bear and her three cubs. Upon packing and leaving mama and her three cubs decided to jump in our van . They quickly exited the van when I banged a couple pans together. We were amused! The cabin itself was fabulous. You can see the Ober tram pass by the window . The kids loved the basement with skee ball, pool, video games and more. My 88 year old father slept on the main floor Bedroom to avoid steps. My husband and I had our bedroom with a king size bed and our kids were in the bedroom across the hall. We had plenty of room. Never seemed crowded. Patrick provided snacks in cabin upon arrival which our kids enjoyed. We bought coffee and laundry detergent etc but Patrick made sure the cabin had plenty just in case. He also would text just to check on us which was very nice. This was one of the best vacations and hope to be back soon! Thank you

Family vacation
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this home. It was also fully stocked with the necessities which was very convenient. Patrick is a wonderful host. The location was convenient for us since we spend most of our time in the park. It’s also very close to downtown so going for dinner was also convenient. The basement game room was fun for everyone and a great option for a rainy day. We highly recommend!

Great Location
Nice location up the mountain, seven minutes away from Gatlinburg and the pool. South Baden pool is the best choice. Beds were great, there was everything we needed in the house as far as coffee filters, dish soap, paper towels, etc. Great communication from host. Thanks so much!

Amazing views, amazing memories!
This was exactly what we were looking for! Amazing views, peace and quiet, and bear sightings! Patrick was a fantastic host! He communicated before, during and after our stay and was exceptionally responsive if we needed anything. The house was so perfect for our family and we all truly enjoyed the game room. We also spent a lot of time at the Owners Club swimming and playing tennis and pickleball. With a short drive into Gatlinburg, we couldn't have chosen a better house. Thanks again!

House was great, lots of extra perks but the star was the host who checked on our needs, helped us find a mechanic for our car having issues, and even volunteered to help with transportation to the mechanic. A++ service…would highly recommend renting from him

Great place to have enough space to decompress and also connect with each other
Patrick is an amazing host! He was very responsive and thorough, and when I needed an answer he responded very quickly. Note: this property is deep up the mountain, so we did not want to drive in the dark, and made sure to spend evenings at the cabin. It worked out great for our group, but may not work for people looking for night activities concerned with driving on winding roads with steep drop offs on the sides. The game room was a huge plus, and we loved early mornings on the deck looking at the mountains with coffee.

Memorial Day in the Smokies
The property had lots of space for four adults and two kids. Lovely views from the balcony of the mountains and of daily bear visitors. The game room was great for unwinding after hiking. The location is ideal if you want to be close to the national park, but not in the middle of the busy tourist area in Gatlinburg.

This was our first trip to Gatlinburg, TN. It was planned to just getaway and relax for a few days after our granddaughter finished her second year of college. Great view, great location, great cabin!
My family stayed here for a short stay. Everything was as described, very clean and communication was fantastic. Patrick even checked on us to make sure we didnt have any questions and had everything we needed. There was firewood, pellets for the smoker, charcoal fir the grill, even extra coffee, filters and sugar. Had everything we needed which was so nice. Instructions were clear, detailed and light switches and remotes were labeled. That saved alot of possible frustration. Family had a great time playing with all the amenties in the game room. Loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the porch. We even got to see some bear. Would highly recommend!

Patrick was very communicative and helpful. I was traveling with my parents and sister, and the place was the perfect size for our family. Super convenient location ~10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and the national park. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Getaway
The cabin was super lovely! The kids had the best time playing the games down in the game room. My husband loved starting a fire in the fireplace. The cabin had everything we could want in a getaway weekend. Getting a hold of Patrick was very simple and he responded very quickly and helpfully. The kids were bummed about not getting to see any bears but there is always next time. We had a fantastic time and loved staying here!
