The cabin was absolutely gorgeous, just as pictured. I didn’t realize there were four floors but that worked out great for us. The theater room and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were in the basement. The second floor had the two master suites, the third floor has the kitchen and living room. Finally the game room was on the fourth floor. If you have someone who can’t negotiate stairs, this may be a problem. The hosts provided plenty of supplies (toilet paper, garbage liners, coffee filters, sheets and towels) and the kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes, pans, silverware, etc. There were plenty of bears around as we found out when my DIL left her trunk open while transporting suitcases inside and came back to find a bear rummaging through her grocery bags. My grandson had a water gun and used it to squirt the bear from the balcony. That scared him off so we could retrieve the bag and close the trunk. We were there in August and it was extremely warm. I think I would have enjoyed Gatlinburg much more if I had waited a month or two to go. However, the accommodations were superb.
