I would not recommend Vacasa homes. I am sadden by the costumer service from Tyisha who is a supervisor. My birthday weekend was ruined!!! The power was out at the home for 24 hours, which in result made us lose a day/night of vacationing. We drove 9 hours and was not informed that the power was out until AFTER checkin. We slept in our coats and very few covers that were laying around! It was freezing. We spent money on candles, One person slept in a running car all night because of a medical condition. We paid $350 in groceries that majority had to be thrown out. There was a dead mouse under the coach, the jacuzzi never got hot, and we had no Wi-Fi the entire weekend making it extremely hard to stay connected to family. After speaking with numerous of people from Vicsa homes nobody could help make the night easier but informed us of everything they were NOT going to do. Never offering other accommodations for example moving us to another home, getting us a hotel room, etc. I spoke with Kelly on Saturday who tried to help which she informed me of getting a refund of $200 of the $2,000 plus back. Kelly then told me she was going to speak with “Headquarters” to try to get more. Kelly was not in the office and Tyisha whom had horrible customer service did nothing. She informed me the board came up with that amount and they wasn’t going to offer anymore. When I asked who is the board or who is her supervisor, she said she was not giving me that information.
