Our stay wasn’t bad. Ripped bed sheets upon arrival and very minimal staff working. Wasn’t much of an issue though. Breakfast wasn’t good at all. Place is a little run down and older, although they were renovating while we were there so seems like they’re making positive changes. The price was very fair and affordable. There are definitely much better places to stay in Gatlinburg but overall wasn’t bad for the price.

I was really looking forward to the lazy river! Although the pool room was pretty cold. So I was not able to take advantage of it. Also weekend hours should be until 11:00pm or Midnight not 10:00 as weekdays.

Property needs a makeover. Water pressure sucks…trickled out of shower head. The breakfast is okay, eggs sausage waffle cereal yogurt bagel toast muffins. Parking is okay for Gatlinburg with 550 steps to strip. Beds were a bit stiff. But you get what you pay.

La propiedad la recomiendo por lo centrico que se encuentra, puedes caminar a las atracciones y eso es bastante bueno. El personal tiene buen trato y muy Educado. El ultimo dia al levantar todas las sabanas me di cuenta que la mas gruesa estaba manchada de sucio. Punto malo para lo bueno. Solo recomiendo que revisen las camas al llegar y pedir que le cambien en caso de ser necesario.

I was skeptical because of some of the reviews, however I was very pleased! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the rooms were very nice and clean and we had everything we needed. I eould definitely stay here again and recommend it to my closest friend/family.
