Henkilökunnalle kymmenen pistettä ja papukaija merkki. Sisään tulo huomioitiin hyvin. Keittiölle kiitos, teki minulle maidottoman munakkaan joka aamu. Aamupala runsas ja monipuolinen. Juomakupongit oli iloinen yllätys. Hotelluhuone oli se mitä tilasimmekin, näköalaltaan paras mahdillinen. Ja vielä kiitos yöpäivystykselle, loistavaa asiakaspalvelua

Enjoyable stay. Staff happy and obliging. Room was quiet and clean. Brilliant location. Everything is accessible, whether you want to do touristy things or just shop. Only slight drawback was the bed. It was comfortable but myself and my partner would’ve preferred one big duvet rather than two small. Minor gripe but would happily stay here again.

A very good location, hotel is very, very clean, all within room excellent with added bonus of Netflix on tv. But best of all ate the wonderful staff at this hotel......Great 11 night stay at fantastic hotel....

Hotelli erittäin siisti ja palvelu hyvää. Aamupala erittäin runsas. Sijainti erittäin hyvä, mutta viereisen bilekadun äänet kuuluvat suoraan sisälle koko yön ainakin viikonloppuna. Eli mikäli haluat nukkua hyvin valitse jokin toinen hotelli.

Location was perfect and people in the reception were really nice. However I got room from the first floor, right behind the elevator. I woke up everytime the elevator was moving, because of the engings or something making noise behind the wall. Hotel offered earblocks but those didn't help. Also there was no remote control for the tv in the room. Asked about it two times before receptionist came with a new one. She told me there's problem with the tv, in this particular room. However they had given the room for me and nobody told about the problem. They got it fixed somehow. When I left, I asked for a taxi. Receptionist ordered a taxi but unfortunately this was some black market taxi and cost me almost double the normal price. Would have believed that you get a trusted taxi when ordering transportation from the hotel. It's a pity that these kinds of things leave bad taste about the whole place.
