The location is not updated. I was informed that they have shifted to Mansion One when I called up upon check-in. And the manager promised this is much better than the previous one. This wasn't the main concern anyway. What disappointed us was the room condition, which was totally different from what was advertised. There wasn't lighting in the room. I requested to change to another room yet was informed than all rooms are fully booked. They sent a maintenance guy to change lightbulb. However the entire room was still very dim as it only come with one warm light bulb, while the other side haa only wires hanging over the ceiling without any lightinh point at all. What worsen my experience was the cleanliness of the place. The floor was like never been mopped, it was so sticky that I gotta put up my own slippers indoor. The bed sheet was stained, toilet roll was wet, cleaning tools were left everywhere in the room, TV wasn't working at all, aircon was super noisy. Gosh this is never up to the standard of a hotel, not even a home stay. At that moment, I felt like being cheated and called up the manager again and he said there's nothing much he can do but offered to change to a better room the next night. Well we have to take it, praying hard that the next night we can get a better room. Fortunately we were really given a better room on the next day. This room is much greater, yet the TV was still not working. Whatever it is, I'm not going to return to this place anymore.
