Upon arrival I immediately went to the view and noticed the pool and hot tub without water and the ladder to the water to snorkel were all broke.I immediately contacted Livia Wong the PM and after a terse conversation she told me "the previous renters never mentioned it and they loved it so much that they asked for a late checkout" (who cares), she offered to let us cancel with refund.I asked for a few minutes to check to make sure we could find something else all the while she is telling me that 1)the hot tub really isn't a hot tub outside (IT'S IN YOUR DESCRIPTION) and the ladder was indeed working, (IT WAS MISSING - all of these things I have pictures, including texts from/to her). When I called her back and told her we wanted to cancel, she told me she had to contact the owners. Pissed off, I said fine but please hurry. For the next hour, she ignored me. No response to phone calls, no response to text UNTIL, frustrated that this is how I am spending my vacation, I text her and say give us a discount of 20% and we will stay.She IMMEDIATELY answered fine, that it would be processed.After talking to the owners of the condo next to us they told us they were notified weeks ago when the damage occurred that they pool/hot tub/ and ladder would be unavailable until THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN. If the PM didn't know, (DOUBTFUL), the OWNERS knew and they are continuing to rent.Dirty rooms broken lights and missing decor & NO KEURIG as in pics.Took me getting VRBO involved to get my refund
