The dining staff was terrible. We ate 5 breakfasts and 3 other meals at the poolside restaurant. Often times staff wouldn't seat you or hand you a menu. When you needed to order you literally had to go up to them and ask to order. Multiple times after asking a waiter to take my order they refused saying it's not their job or they're busy and walk away. They would proceed to then stand at the bar chatting with coworkers instead of working. One dinner we had, the waitress told us she couldn't take our order and was told by the manager to do it and simply refused. Additionally during dinners the live singers were below average (one was pretty bad) and the music was so loud even outdoors that you couldn't talk to the people sitting next to you. It often took at least 45 min to get your food after ordering, even if it wasn't busy. One time I ordered a chicken burger and the waitress who brought it screwed it up and brought me a beef burger because she couldn't read her coworkers handwriting. The front desk staff was also rude and unhelpful. They seem disorganized, incapable of handling basic requests like exchanging money to local currency. They also ignored certain guests and jumped between guest's questions without resolving any of them, creating a buildup of people hovering there. One of the front desk staff tried to rip us off when booking a tour and kept changing the price. Overall almost all of the dining staff needs to be fired or at a minimum sent to etiquette school.

The hotel was average. We booked two rooms, one was good the other was not. The staff is the worse, especially the servers. Both at the casino and the pool restaurant. Terrible customer service and non responsive in some case. The hotel is located in a great area, but the service is bad! I personally will not stay there again ever! We stayed early November, and there was an extremely loud party on the premises which went on until 4:30am. The music was extremely loud and vibrated the building all night. Never again!

While I was looking forward to a pleasant stay, I was disappointed by the cleanliness standards in my room and the buffet station where breakfast is being served. These were the issues: Unclean bedding, dust on surfaces, unvacuumed carpet, mold in the bathroom and dirty and rusty containers being used to serve food. I believe that a clean and well-maintained environment is essential to a comfortable stay, and I was surprised by these conditions. I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues.

Wonderful staff, pleasant stay.
Stayed for 2 nights in Oct 2024. The good stuff: Friendly, courteous and welcoming staff. Malaika at front desk was especially efficient and humorous during check-in and enquired about our needs throughout-out stay. Amanda during check-in was also quite helpful. Alston from maintenance and Shellon G and Bolessa J at the poolside restaurant were very helpful and accommodating. The room we had was spacious, linen and towels clean and a/c working well. The poolside restaurant was clean and the tables well spaced to afford some dining privacy. The not so good: The safe was not working when we arrived and there was a space in the closet ceiling where the tile was not replaced. One of the bulbs over the sink was out. I must emphasize that Malaika contacted maintenance immediately when these were brought to her attention. Alston arrived to fix the safe and take care to make sure the taps worked. We asked that the ceiling and light bulb be fixed later, as these issues were not a bother during our stay. One concern is the design of the bathroom. There are no hooks to hang towels when using the shower. This means that a person will need to step out and take a few steps to get the towel. This is a potential accident due to slipping on the floor with wet feet. Also, check the drainage of the shower. Maintenance work on the 4th floor left the carpets a bit messy. The music from the Fun Fair is an annoyance. Mall, supermarket, and casino close by. Overall, a pleasant stay.

In general, the physical conditions of this hotel are really bad. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance to be performed. The restaurant staff is not friendly at all and had a huge lack of the servicing the clients. At the reception they charge some extra (they say by mistake), so, you need to be carefull when you pay something at the lobby.
