Newly renovated spacious apartment suitable for a group of 6! A bright and spacious living room with open kitchen which make you feel at home straight away. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one bath and one shower), little sunroom and shared rooftop terrace. Next to supermarkets, close to station and a 2 min walk to the beginning of the old town.

IMPORTANT: At this moment, the entry is being renovated - therefore the entrance looks like a building site and the elevator is not working. There are wide stairs leading up to the apartment. It's no problem to leave a pram in the hallway downstairs (at your own risk).

Underground Parking available for 10 euro per day - located at the same square as the apartment Poeta Marquina

Exceptional location and accomodations
The pictures told the story and the condo met all expectations. The manager was courteous and helpful. The location was perfect for our trip. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 5 to sleep and cook and socialize in this beautiful city. I hope to return!

Appartement spacieux et très fonctionnel
Gérone est une ville très dynamique et cosmopolite qui vaut vraiment le détour! Nous y sommes venus pour y vivre la fête des Rois Mages le 5 décembre au soir et quel beau moment! L'appartement est très bien placé, très central, un parking (payant) tout à côté. Très propre et bien équipé, une literie exceptionnelle de confort, des prestations haut de gamme. Très bon accueil, deux jeux de clés, un ascenseur!! Seul bémol à connaître : il donne sur une rue très passante de jour comme de nuit et mieux vaut prévoir des boules quies! Nous recommandons cette location!
