I went for the pool to swim over the weekend and everything worked and big pool was great. Highlight was all staff were helpful and courteous. Food was also vert tasty and delivered promptly. Not sure I disliked anything other than in my room 307 the shower was a bit naff with little water pressure and in general the building is a bit tired but value for money

Booked this hotel stay as guests for a wedding. everything was smooth from check-in to check out, the rooms were clean and breakfast was great. All the staff were fantastic, very helpful and professional. Highly Recommend!

Nice room and nice hotel. Staff on reception nice but everyone else but have been having a bad weekend as all very unhappy, not helpful and sometimes rude

Lovely hotel in attractive surroundings. Hotel has an upmarket feel about it. Good breakfast. Bar menu a little limited. Nice, clean, modern rooms. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable hotels with very friendly staff. Bar food good and breakfast very good

Hotel was very very good. ever think about it very good But the only thing that i would say needs looking at soon is the wall paper needs to be renewed soon, But this point is only taken on the room we stayed in (ie219) regards Trevor

In isolated peaceful setting.

Given room opposite noisy lift, with a child. Sauna broken, fire alarm went off each night during stay. Apparently both these issues happened last week too, why were they still not fixed? Poor catering for gluten-free. Very short staffed in bar, continuous dirty tables left. Room clean and warm, staff friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel

Pros: The location
I'd definitely come back here but would book a double room not a single as the room was small and the bed was creeky it was annoying But other than that great hotel
