Great Stay!

Spent three nights here basing out of Glenwood Springs for a ski trip and the stay was excellent. Hotel is recently refurbished so things feel newer and it is very clean. Biggest highlights are the daily housekeeping (a lost treat post coronavirus) and a great refresher each day. Second is the breakfast which is pretty extensive. There are other amenities (pickleball, fire pits) but in winter we didn’t use them. Service was also friendly and accommodating. Don’t know when I’ll be back but it’ll definitely be my first choice if I ever do.

This property is completely misrepresented on Expedia from pictures. I called Expedia customer service for help as soon as we checked in and they hung up on us multiple times. This is a MOTEL and with the pictures they completely try to make it look it otherwise

We’ve stayed at a few other properties in Glenwood before and out of all of them we really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, the breakfast was fresh and had a variety of options, including fresh fruit. Conveniently located, lots of parking and pet friendly. Plus, Jen at the front was such a sweetheart with accommodating us with a late check out which helped us make up for a later than expected arrival on the day we got there. That was the cherry on top of a wonderful birthday weekend. Thank you thank you thank you! :) 10/10 recommend!

Staff was friendly! Amazing views from outside and also good accommodations! Better than any hotel in the area! Was nice and quiet! Enjoyed the nice cold weather and also the room with good working heater! Breakfast served was okay! Wish they had varieties on a daily.. was pretty much the same breakfast everyday. But all good! Room was clean and bed was nice and soft! We enjoyed our stay! And the price was good!

Food quality

Room and facilities were nice and comfortable but the breakfast was inedible: low quality ingredients highlighted by the FAKE eggs. You should at least offer hard boiled eggs. We ate elsewhere both mornings of our stay

We will be back!

The hotel had a two bedroom one bathroom option, which was perfect for the type of travel we were doing. I also enjoyed their indoor hot tub. Their breakfast was pretty great.
