Horrendous experience!
We didnt stay at the hotel! The main roads were closed and we drove around for 2 hours but couldnt find a way to Quedgeley. We ended up sleeping on a friend's sofa. I think a refund is due...not our fault that we couldn't get there
Fantastic hotel, arrived late 2300 and shower had warm water. Room warmed up to the temperature I wanted quickly. Room was clean, the person at the front desk was friendly.
I was please with my stay there, although certain things were in the room eg remote control and a few other things, the staff was very helpful and brought them to us.
Stayed here a few years ago which was lovely we had a lovely continental breakfast brought to our room so we thought we would go back again well what a disappointment think it had new owners as no breakfast which wasn’t a problem on arrival lady on reception couldn’t find our booking then she said it had been given to another guest she was very friendly went up to our room had clean towels on bed the bed was broken at one end the room was very dark only one light but very dull shelf’s in bathroom were not level if you put items on they slid off toilet basin moved when sat on shower was very powerful could have done with being bit more clean but was ok rail for clothes was over the side which was in the room but that was very old and dated had kettle & tea bags coffee milk sugar 2 mugs & 2very small glasses were supplied had bed side light but only 1 decor was very shabby needed decorating & lighting up very old fashioned went to shut the curtains & they fell down & the side of the pole ended up outside down in the grass & I had to go out in the pouring rain to get it the lady at reception said we could change rooms but I decided to stay where we was as had already settled in managed to put pole back in wall but had to be careful with curtains as it would come off again door of room kept banging in night even though it was sit & locked it obviously needed fitting probably Walls very thin could hear man coughing in another room traffic outside very noisy we won’t be going back

First 2 nights lovely issues on the 3rd which I showed gentleman at reception who didn't seem to care one jot and just said contact Expedia very poor customer service
