great location - was a bit stunned that we had to pay for parking didn't realise this did not come with the room, and also thought i had booked a unit with laundry room, found the laundry facilities at the hotel and was really hard to use - it was all by website - but the internet connection was hard to get in this room so we used an hour before getting the washing even started

This was such an amazing hotel. Room was clean with an amazing view of the ocean and the bedding was comfy. Breakfast was delicious also and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They also allow you to borrow towels to take to the beach and use. We had an amazing time and will be coming back here for sure!

While conveniently situated the hotel is looking tired in places. The small bar restaurant closed earlier than advertised although we were able to get a meal and the quality was pretty good. The breakfast was mediocre. There is no room service. The tv in the room was a pretty old 32" with wires hanging down. There is adequate storage but the lighting is poor. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. In a nutshell the hotel served our purposes but I would look to book elsewhere if visiting the area in future.

Great location but very tired old property
Best location. Brialliant staff all round. But the property is so old and jaded. Nothing feels comfortable- the bed, shower, finished spaces all tired and outdated. Only plus is the people and that we could see the fireworks from our balcony on nye.

The property was good but the staff can be a little more courteous at the reception. Also not having parking when we were booked for 5 days was inconvenient. Housekeeping was very helpful when we needed change of sheets as we dropped some water on the bed. We had to two rooms booked would have been better if we had them adjacent rather than being apart.

If you don’t have children this place is certainly not relaxing. The pool is overcrowded with inconsiderate families splashing and taking over. The breakfast dining area is like eating in a daycare centre - screaming kids running all over the place. Super overpriced for the facilities. Broken steak room and below average facilities. Would not recommend
