Everything all in one!
Amazing hotel. Thomas at reception was very helpful. Room was spacious, quiet, clean and well appointed. Lovely pool area and the buffet breakfast was outstanding. Enjoyed an evening meal and drinks in the restaurant. A great hotel.

It was our second stay at Mermaid. We enjoyed the central location, especially good because of easy access and parking. Enjoyed the free hot breakfasts. Staff very good. Very large flat screen TV.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. It catered for all the essential needs; hairdryer, kettle, a nice, hot clean shower, iron and full sized ironing board and a comfortable king sized bed. The included breakfast should satisfy pretty much anybody and the free drink vouchers and discounted food when staying were just bonuses. Would definately stay again if needing accomodation at the Gold Coast.

I stayed here for an over night stay. I was very comfortable. The room was just what I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were also very understanding when I was a few minutes late for checkout. Overall happy with my stay. It was conveniently located and I would stay here again in the future.

The room was well appointed and very comfortable. Parking was easy, and it was convenient to have a restaurant on site. My only complaint was that there was a large cockroach in the dining area of the restaurant.

We found a rubbish underneath a bed and cockroaches running in our room. Rooms need to be sound proofed. We could hear everyone walking outside our room, which keeps us up at night.
