Bad stay, bad experience, disappointment.
Like staying here when passing through. Never had a problem. But this time our room tv , both (tv’s) didn’t work. Called up front was told multiple sorries with no solutions. Was told in an at 7 am someone would fix it. Nothing in am, never fixed. Pull out couch/bed had no linens or was any available in room/closet/drawers. Manager next morning didn’t want to fix, was told practically I had to do all the calling around without a guarantee to fix this stay. Nothing but apologies which didn’t do any good. Breakfast was closed immediately with out all the fixings available. Bad potatoes as well. Bad experience.

The property was clean and our stay was fine. It could have been better if there had been hooks for coats outside of the closet, if the TV had a sleep function and if the set up breakfast area was better. The waffle station was at the beginning so people were waiting needlessly because it seemed like it was a line to enter when in fact people were waiting for waffles to cook. All other amenities like indoor pool, hot tub & gym made this a more enjoyable stay.

Everything was good the breakfast was ok. The cleanliness of the room was 4 star's for me because the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned it jad hairs. But overall i gove it a 4. The room had a almost full kitchen with fridge dish washer table and chairs
