Horrible place to stay. Our curtains were ripped, chair was dirty with a large black stain, noises coming from the refrigerator, toilet didn’t flush and was running constantly. The room was also very outdated. I’ve been here many years ago and it was nice but unfortunately not anymore.

It was a solid visit for the price. The room and shower were clean. The toilet had an issue that would keep it running if I did not lift the lid to force the cover back down. All in all, for a one night stay with working cable and easy parking, I would recommend for those traveling on a budget.

Needs to be updated. Not very clean, but met our needs. I was surprised they allowed a child to be with her grandparent while she was working. I normally choose to not enter reviews, but felt it was needed in this case.

Run down hotel needs cleaning.

This hotel needs some attention. I mean a lot of attention. Its run down. Paint, furniture, flooring, and a good ol' soap and scrub brush.

The lady at the front desk during check in was not very welcoming. I stood in front of her for close to five minutes before she even acknowledged me. Then her greeting was, "what's the name." Not very professional. Room was worn, but quite.

The disappointment

It looked better in the photos. The back door did not lock so was uncomfortable that anyone could get in . Room was awkward and I got the suite and only 3 tv channels old television that was unable to connect too. WiFi was spotty. Won t return price was not worth it. Restaurant on site not kid friendly. It was a bar n grill. Stayed for the Polar express. Which was close.

Just needs to be updated Has basic cable in rooms, broken overhead lights, stains on curtains, ice bucket was dirty. The staff though, was super nice and friendly. The check in girl even wrote my daughter a happy birthday note welcoming us. The kods also loved the free hot chocolate!

My stay at this property was beyond disappointing. The room was in terrible condition. The bed sheets were visibly dirty, making me question if they were even changed between guests. The security latch on the door was broken, which left me feeling unsafe throughout my stay. To make matters worse, there was hair everywhere—on the bed, in the bathroom, and even on the furniture. The carpet was filthy, stained, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance are not a priority here. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property, as I certainly won’t be returning.
