This hotel exceeded my expectations! Our room was spotless! The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. It was close to the highway so we were able to get to our events easily. The surrounding area was a little sketchy but the hotel felt safe.

The stay was nice. Unfortunately the room we stayed in had a bit of water damage for the room above, and the ceiling was leaking into our room. The bathtub drain broke off but the staff attended to the drain quickly, the noise from the surrounding area was very noticeable but that is not an issue the hotel chain can control. The elevator was broken and we were in the third floor. Not a place I would recommend to friends or family visiting from out of town. If you are looking for a place close to downtown or for convenience it’s not bad.

Room 122- toilets not cleaned pee stains. Night stands had finger prints. Carpet not vacuumed. 1 towel had huge yellow stain. Staff replied that custodians are old and things just got missed. Hole in bedroom door. Bathroom door handle not working properly. Jet tub only has 2 jets working. Carpet coming up around jet tub tile. DISGUSTING! BETTER!

Hotel seems old and rundown

Hotel has seen better days. Room was clean but rundown. The filter on the heater in the bedroom kept coming off, the faucets were lose. Small TV for the size of the room and just worn down. Then we didn't have hot water in the morning and had to wait for the heaters to catch up so we could shower before checkout.

The check in was okay. But when I told the guy behind the desk there was no hot water, he seemed to assume the average customer would think about the relationship between the floor and how long it takes for the hot water to reach the higher floors. No dude, they don't. When the average customer wants to take a hot shower, they don't think about that. My advice, to avoid bad reviews, tell customers to let the water run if they are on higher floors. It's that simple.

Staff was great! Room was clean. Food was good and brought out more when it was getting low. Only negative was it had snowed and the parking lot was not cleaned til next day. Would definitely return.

I just checked in. Heat was off. Par for the course for budget hotels. This hotel is in the realm of not being a low cost budget hotel. Heat set at 60.

Stink. Stank. Stunk.

Best Western usually delivers. Not this time. Cold lobby (employee in her full on winter coat), smelled like an angry skunk or just plain marijuana. Sink backed up and had dead gnats in it. Bathtub ran all the time. Closing the curtains was ridiculous. Bummer choice of hotels.
