Peaceful, waterfront retreat
Had a great relaxing stay at this nicely appointed cottage. Communication and instructions were great, house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was a screened porch where we could enjoy the water view, there was also easy access to the beach for daily walks with our dog. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Overall we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and recommend this cottage.

Great getaway on the sandy shores of Green Bay, WI
We took our two kids and dog here for a week. Really well maintained property with great amenities. They've done a great job with the decor in this cottage and we had plenty of space. We had a great time relaxing by the lake, kayaking, and visiting local Green Bay attractions. Given the opportunity, we'd definitely stay here again.

College Visit
We were in town to do a campus tour. The location of this property is perfect--very close to campus, on the lake with amazing sunsets, near the amusement park, only a few minutes to amazing restaurants and the Packers! We spent the morning taking the kayaks out (life vests are even provided). After exploring the town, the kids were able to hang out in the yard with the dog and play corn hole while I curled up with a book on the sun porch. We really enjoyed walking through the free nature center and the Green Bay University arboretum. Jet's Pizza was also a huge hit. Most importantly, the beds are pillows are very comfortable. If my son chooses to go here, we will be booking this property again!

Perfect family vacay
We stayed here the first week of August with our family and it was absolutely perfect for us! We have 4 children ages 2-10 and there was something for all of them to enjoy. The house is stocked with toys and games inside and outdoor equipment in the garage! We used the kayak's daily and the kids took the bikes to lambeau and even got picked to ride them with the packer team to the practice field! The beach was so fun and my kids enjoyed making sandcastles until the sun set. You can literally see bay beach amusement park from your private beach. Everything is so close. The house is modest but clean and comfy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc. The screened in porch area was absolutely perfect! we absolutely would stay there again!

Great communication with the owner. House was as described. Beach was very small due to recent excessive rain. Please note that bunk beds are made for children/small adults so keep that in mind when planning sleeping arrangements.

Perfect liason for a gorgeous lake view
We booked this for a spring break weekend trip, and it was perfect! Our kids loved the beach location and seeing the sand cranes nextdoor. The beds were super comfy and supportive. It had all the things we needed to a meal, but the location also lent itself for a quick trip to the store. My kids also got a kick out of the howling wolves at night (they're down the street at the wildlife center). We can't wait to come again during warmer weather to make use of the kayaks.

We stayed at the cottage with its close proximity to Lambeau Field. The cottage was perfect for us and our fur baby. Only thing we really would have liked is curtains on the door/windows that face Lake Michigan. We hope to be back sometime.

Exceptional Stay
My wife, myself and our pup had a great time here! The view of the bay was remarkable, the house was very comfortable and stocked with every essential you can think of. Location was perfect with easy access to bars and restaurants and downtown Green Bay. Rick was very responsive to any questions we had and very prompt in returning messages. Great location for a family with kids
We really enjoyed the clean, comfortable home and amenities. The lake bordering the property is shallow hundreds of feet out, so you can feel comfortable swimming and kayaking. Lots of inexpensive activities for kids just down the street--the amusement park, the nature center, the kids' fishing areas. Close enough to drive up into the Door County peninsula each day.

Private cottage get away
This was the best little cottage to get away from people and life. As a young widow with 4 kids we needed a place to escape and do some healing just the 5 of us and this was the perfect place for it. We didn’t see a single other person down by the water, so we walked the beach every day, we swam, we played so many card and board games and just had good family time together without the noise of outside life. Plus it was just a 5 min drive to Bay beach which was an extra positive. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!

Husband’s birthday in Green Bay
We (My husband, myself and our 2 children, ages 5 and 7) stayed at this lovely place for my husband’s birthday trip to Green Bay. What a wonderful cottage on the beach. The host was great to work with and our stay was everything we hoped it would be. I highly recommend and will stay here again if we travel to Green Bay in the near future!

Peaceful getaway
Visiting family in the area with our dog. This was an excellent clean, comfortable and peaceful spot for the weekend. Nice view of the water and the many birds. Sand hill cranes and pelicans right outside your window. Baird Creek trails are about 5-10 minutes drive away…great for walking the dog in the mornings. Very convenient location to everything in the area also. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.
