We are so excited to begin hosting for a Saratoga Springs vacation! Winter, summer or spring our house has amenities to entertain groups all year long. There is an open concept throughout the home. From the front entry you have access to the living room, guest bathroom, kitchen, dining area and exterior entrance to the outdoor back patio overlooking the gorgeous running stream and an expansive back deck. The spacious kitchen allows for multiple guests to cook together as if you were in your own home and has been fully stocked to anticipate any of your needs. The living room boasts a smart TV and comfortable leather couch/multiple recliners to kick back and relax on your trip. From the brand new furnishings, kids amenities, large entertaining spaces, comfortable beds, prime location and detailed stocking our home couldn't be more family friendly!!

The home includes 3 large bedrooms, an oldhausen billiards vintage table to enjoy some competitive excitement and a picturesque hot tub overlooking a bridged stream with more than 4 acres of land. The first and second bedrooms each have a comfortable queen sized bed with ample closet space and a shared full bathroom with tub. The master has a ensuite bathroom and plush king sized bed. All bedrooms have their own smart TV's.

This Saratoga gem is suitable for up to 6 guests looking to relax together in the home or for anyone looking to enjoy and explore the surrounding attractions such as The Historic Saratoga Racetrack (5-8 minute drive), majestic Saratoga Lake and all of it's own amenities (15 minute drive), SPAC for concerts and events, downtown Saratoga (Broadway or Caroline street, quick 10 min drive) or even venturing to the Adirondack mountains/Lake George which is right up the road!

How far is this Stream House from Saratoga Lake?

Our home is less than a 15 minute drive to Saratoga Lake and the several marinas in the area which have public access points. There is a new and amazing restaurant called 550 Waterfront that your crew needs to check out. This is one of Saratoga Lake's hottest spots for brunch, afternoon libations or a wonderful dinner with the family. Within a 10 minute drive you will be able to enjoy the most historic part of your trip, downtown Saratoga Springs and the famous Race Track and all of the amazing entertainment in the area! SPAC couldn't be more convenient as it is just a close drive away as well. Finally, take a drive north up route 9N you will be in the absolutely gorgeous Lake George and world famous Adirondack mountains in about 20-30 mintutes!


Can we cook at the house? BBQ outside?

Absolutely! The kitchen is fully equipped with your standard plates, bowls, utensils, wine and whiskey glasses, cups, pots, pans and much more. All appliances are ready to be used! We have a gas BBQ grill (hard line propane, so you will not run out :) but please make sure to turn off the gas line when finished) to enjoy in our beautiful outdoor deck area. The outside cooking area also has a custom made "deck bar" which we have ready for you and your guests to enjoy a social afternoon. In the kitchen you will also find a toaster, microwave and kuerig coffee maker complete with a variety of coffee and tea pods. Please do not use the indoor fireplace it is currently not functional :)


Is it suitable for children?

We have had several families and friends stay with us. With the large private property there is tons of room for outdoor activities for the kids. As with all houses situated near a stream/street please always be cautious of the kiddos getting near the water or the road and provide adequate supervision. The interior of the home has open spaces for the children to play and make themselves at home. Please be considerate of the front porch stairs.


Is there any games or other activities at the house?

You bet! We have a plethora of board games (our personal favorites), yard games, a fire pit in the backyard with 6 new Adirondack chairs for roasting marshmallows and more.


What about outside? Is there ample seating?

Yes, we have you covered! We have a couple different patio sets on the back deck with comfy cushions for you to kick back and relax. This is also where the hot tub sits, for relaxation after an enjoyable Saratoga Springs day.


What about the TV/Movie situation?

Great news, all of our TV’s are “Smart TV’s” which allows you to access Netflix, YouTube, Hulu or whatever networks you are subscribed to!


Are pets allowed?

Yes, we do allow pets under certain restrictions! We are proud owners of two rescue puppies ourselves and understand the desire to have your furbabies on vacation with you. Please mention that you would like to bring a pet with you before booking to answer a few brief questions to see if your particular pet fits our requirements. Any dogs must be leashed at all times outside and cleaned up after immediately. There is a $75 pet cleaning fee and additional fees may apply for any damages or pet rules broken.
