Es war ganz okay. Das Personal war mehrheitlich sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Betten waren gut bis sehr gut. Das Essen und die Restaurants sind gut. -Das Buchungssystem betreff der Restaurants in den Mitsis Hotels ist Katastrophal. Dies habe ich in Kreta sowie in Kos erlebt. Auch die gesammelten Memberpunkte einzulösen ist ohne Hilfe nicht möglich. -Die Mietautofirma im Hotel ist dubios, da nur Cash bezahlt werden darf, dies obwohl dies in Griechenland nicht mehr erlaubt ist. Uns wurde dies erst mitgeteilt als wir den Schlüssel des Autos abholen wollten.

Die Anlage mit seinem Charme und ihrem Dorfkarakter war traumhaft. Personal war steht's freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen am Buffet war in Ordnung, a la Carte Essen war hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder dorthin unser Urlaub geniessen.

Praktisches Familien Zimmer, mit einem Raumteiler für die Kinder, welche jeweils ein eigenes Boxspring Bett hatten. Für Kleinkinder gab es jeweils ein Bettgitter dazu.

Tolle Lage des Zimmers, an vorderster Front mit Blick aufs Meer. Für unseren Geschmack, viel zu viele Kleinkinder. Schade, dass der Strand durch eine Strasse (mit wenig Verkehr) von der Hotelanlage getrennt wird. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstück gab es leider kaum jemals wirklich gutes Brot. Immer nur staubiges Körnchenbrot. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet jedoch viel zu kleines Bad und die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu Wünschen übrig.

It is true that there is a low traffic road between the hotel and the beach and this fact is indeed mentioned in all our publications and descriptions. We are sorry that you did not enjoy any of the 9 different kinds of fresh bread and the 6 different types of dry bread existing every day on our buffet. Super Essen und trinken und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Pool ist gross und schön. Der Strand ist nicht der beste zum baden, da steinig, aber ist schön und hat Sonnenliegen.
