They need to have a 2nd person at the desk during peak times such as 5-7pm. One clerk at the desk, phone kept ringing and she finally started answering the calls while the line of customers was growing. Finally I called the front desk as she was still on the line. She had an exasperated look on her face and I held up my phone and said "that call is me. I figure you can ignore them now." I was nice about it and she took it as a favor to help her along.
The customers behind me liked it too.
If they had day and evening shifts overlapping here it would solve that problem.
The bathroom had been remodeled and the tile work was nice, but whoever caulked the shower liner and painted the walls & trim must've been a kindergartener. It looked like that quality of a job.
No freezer portion of the fridge. I needed to refreeze water bottles for my cooler but couldn't.
