This hotel was convenient to the conference I was attending. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing renovation, so it was very dusty. I didn't hear any noise from renovations, so that wasn't a problem. Overall a good stay and I'm sure even better when the renovations are finished.

We had a nice stay on 12/31/24. Staff was very pleasant and room was comfortable and clean. The reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is that the toilet seat was broken(but usable) and there was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.

I always book this hotel when traveling to the Groton area. It's always clean. They are going through a renovation right now, so I cannot wait to see the end result. The bed is very comfortable. Slept like a baby! I love the coffee, tea, and fruit that they make available to guests in the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel.

Solid Choice and Great Staff

Staff were excellent. David and crew were very friendly and efficient. Older hotel, but very clean, comfortable and in a good location just outside Mystic. Currently under going some renovations that didn’t interfere with stay. Appreciated having a microwave in the room.
